Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Movies, Divorce, Drugs, Drunk, Legal Issues, Rumors, Where Are They Now?,
Though pictures from the wreckage look pretty intense, actor David Arquette is reportedly “fine” following his head-on collision on Friday. Arquette was driving around Beverly Hills at 2 in the afternoon when his car veered into oncoming traffic and slammed head-on into a Jeep.
You can probably imagine the circus that ensued. But Arquette’s rep says “he is fine,” and the actor himself assured his fans via Twitter that all is well. The driver of the vehicle “suffered moderate injuries” and police are currently investigating the incident.
Friday evening, Arquette tweeted that he “got into a car accident but I’m fine. Luckily I have dragon’s blood running through my veins.” He also reminded fans to “Remember to wear your seat belt-wish I was.” Things haven't been easy lately for Arquette. The actor entered a rehabilitation facility shortly after it was announced that he and wife Courteney Cox-Arquette are divorcing.

Michael Lohan Joins Rehab Cast, Lindsay Shocked
Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: D-List, Television, Drugs, Drunk, Rumors, Where Are They Now?,
Dr. Drew Pinsky has stated that he wouldn’t want to treat Lindsay Lohan on his reality series Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, but he’ll lend a helping hand to dad Michael Lohan next season. Reportedly, Michael has joined the cast and started taping... and sources say Lindsay is “upset” and “shocked.”
TMZ reports that Michael Lohan began filming the show without even telling his famous daughter, though she’s certainly got enough on her mind already.
The rest of the Celebrity Rehab cast is rumored to include Tareq and Michaele Salahi (the couple who allegedly crashed the White House), former Mets pitcher Dwight “Doc” Gooden, Chinese-American actress Bai Ling (The Crow, Anna and the King), Jeremy Jackson (Baywatch) and Michael Lohan.

Celebrity Rehab’s Jason Davis Facing Felony Drug Charges
Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Television, Drugs, Rumors, Where Are They Now?,

Jason Davis, one of the addicts on the fourth season of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, has definitely fallen off the wagon. Jason’s claim to fame is his grandfather Marvin Davis, an oil tycoon who owned 20th Century Fox from 1981 until 1985, when he sold it to Rupert Murdoch (so, now we know who to blame).
Davis has been charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (heroin) following his January 27 arrest. At the time, he was charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance. He could face three years in prison if all charges stick. During the show, Davis was often at odds with fellow addict Janice Dickinson.

Betty Ford Staffer Accuses Lindsay Lohan of Assault
Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Movies, Rumors,
Dawn Holland, a chemical dependency technician at the Betty Ford Clinic, has accused one of the patients of assault. Because the accused is Lindsay Lohan, TMZ has been digging to find every piece of information they can.
Currently, Holland is claiming that she’s badly hurt, that Lindsay had been drinking when they had the altercation and she’s been forced to file for workers’ compensation as a result.
Holland has since been let go from her position at the clinic for speaking to TMZ.
The alleged assault occurred on December 12 around 1:00 in the morning, when Linds and two roommates arrived at the facility -- after curfew -- following an evening out.
When security caught them trying to jump a wall on the property, Holland was summoned to do a breath test on the three women. She says Lohan refused to take the test and shoved Holland. Moments later, during a 911 call, Holland says Lindsay forcibly took the phone from her hand to cause a severe sprain.
Holland has filed a police report.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s Brother Death Drug-Related?
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies, Obituaries, Rumors,

Joseph Gordon-Levitt‘s brother was “surrounded by needles and syringes” when he died.
Dan Gordon-Levitt passed away on Monday, and neighbors to the apartment in Hollywood where he was living were “not surprised” by his passing, suggesting his death was the result of drug abuse.
“Dan and his friends had been partying, and we were woken up with the girl screaming. She came running out to the front garden of their apartment and some people went out to help her. The paramedics were called, but he was found dead surrounded by needles and syringes. He had been living here on and off for the past few years, and he and his friends were not very popular to tell you the truth. One time they set a car on fire in front of the building, and there were always groups of people coming and going from that apartment. I’m sorry that he died, but I’m honestly not that surprised either,” a neighbor said.
