Disney Star Calls Joe Jonas Out on “Bull****”

Joe Jonas has been slammed as a "bad artist" by Dylan Sprouse.

The former Jonas Brothers star gave a revealing interview earlier this week in which he claimed he felt working for Disney meant he had to "sugarcoat" his true self and had little choice or creative input into his work.

But now his fellow former Disney star Dylan - best known for starring with twin brother Cole in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody - has hit out at his "bulls**t" comments, insisting Joe was more likely dazzled by fame than being prepared to make his own decisions. In a blog post, Dylan wrote, "I think it's bulls**t that they were being robbed of choice or creativity. If they wanted too, they could have told Disney 'No.' Cole and I did this hundreds of times and we ended up all right. The only reason they didn't is because, like many of the people on that channel, I think they fell for the allure of fame... Nowadays artists just assume they have to do what they are told by their proprietors because there is a 'rigid structure to achievement.' It is nothing more than a scheme to rob you of your individuality and capitalize the gain they acquire from such treachery. If you believe this, not only are you incredibly foolish, but you are a BAD ARTIST [sic]."

Selena Gomez: I’d Have Two Kids by Now if I Stayed in Texas

Singer-actress Selena Gomez has offered up what she believes her life would be like if she hadn't become a huge star and opened up about growing up with Disney.

In this month's issue of Glamour, the Spring Breakers actress claimed that she would have probably become a teen mom had she remained in Texas: "I'm terrified of what I would have become if I'd stayed there. I'm sure I'd have two children by now."

But that's not to say that she was exempt from the semblance of a high school experience:

"I grew up in one of the biggest high schools in the world, and that’s the Disney Channel. Everybody was falling in love with each other or not liking each other, and it was exhausting…and I was the shy one in the corner. And now I’m so opinionated, and I don’t have time for the cattiness. I have good people around me, and I’m glad I’m at the place I’m in. I wish I was there back then."

Nicollette Sheridan Granted ‘Desperate Housewives’ Retrial

Nicollette Sheridan has been granted a retrial in her case against Desperate Housewives.

The actress claims she was wrongfully dismissed from the show following arguments with its creator, Marc Cherry, but the first trial ended in a hung jury. The program's makers, ABC Entertainment and Disney, asked the judge to dismiss the case based on evidence that surfaced during trial earlier this year, but a judge has ruled in favor of a retrial.

The new trial is set for September 10, but Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elizabeth Allen White urged them to end the case privately on Wednesday morning. "I very, very strongly urge you to continue settlement discussions," she said.

Nicollette is seeking $5.7 million in damages and $35,000 in sanctions from ABC Entertainment for her treatment on the series, which saw her character, Edie Britt, killed off in season five by being electrocuted. The jury were deadlocked at eight to four in Nicollette's favour during the first trial, which would appear to put her in a strong position to triumph if the case is retried.

The mistakes we make in High School Musical follow us for years and years… or at least, that seems to be the case with former Disney starlet Vanessa Hudgens. The on-again, off-again girlfriend to Zac Efron has been exposed again online: more nudey pics of her have hit the Web.

According to TMZ, the naked pictures are from the same bunch that was taken (and released online) previously. Hudgens sued the site that published the pictures in 2009. There’s no word yet on how she’ll deal with the current bad PR, which isn’t at all likely to harm her now that she’s no longer wearing her squeaky-clean Disney princess image.

In the picture above, Alec Baldwin is the know-it-all in the Evil Queen’s mirror. Beauty Olivia Wilde shall now be referred to as Your Majesty. Snow White is just one of many classics to inspire the new photo series.

Britney Spears Obsessed With Cryogenic Freezing

The princess of pop wants to be frozen after she dies. Britney Spears is reportedly obsessed with cryogenic freezing technology and wants her body preserved in liquid nitrogen after her death.

“Britney gets these obsessions and this is the latest. It started when someone told her Walt Disney had been preserved by cryogenics to be revived in the future. It got her researching and she became convinced it was worth a shot,” a friend of Britney’s said.

The 28-year-old singer reportedly spent all of her Mother’s Day trip to Disneyland researching cryogenics on the internet as a nanny took her boys around the theme park, and she is even hoping to invest a chunk of her fortune - currently controlled by her father Jamie Spears - on the life-reviving technology.

The source added to The Sun, “Jamie is quite happy to let Britney have her little obsession. And if she wants to invest her money in cryogenics that’s fine, we’re only talking around $350,000 maximum. However, much more than that and he may change his mind.”

Britney also considered having a glamorous cremation before deciding she wanted to be brought back to life in years to come if the technology can resurrect her: “She looked into having her ashes turned into diamonds after she is gone but settled on the chance of getting to live in the future.”

Speidi Dresses as Jon and Kate for Halloween

Love ‘em or hate ‘em, you’ve got to give it to them—Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag will most likely have one of the best Halloween costumes this year, dressing up as Jon and Kate Gosselin.

Complete with a handful of baby dolls, Spencer and Heidi are perfect as the troubled couple. It really shouldn’t come as any surprise, though—with all of the media attention the TLC reality stars get, Speidi was quick to soak it all up as they donned the costumes.

Taking some tips from her big sister, Miley Cyrus, Noah Cyrus stirred up controversy over her Halloween costume, prompting Disney Girl to prohibit the photos’ publication.

Attending Jamie Lee Curtis’s Dream Halloween this past weekend, 9 year-old Cyrus showed up in a tight-fitting mini dress with knee-high leather boots. To top that off, dark eye makeup and red lipstick were applied to her small face.

Adam Sandler Looks Good in a Dress

Funny man Adam Sandler likes dressing up as a princess.

The Bedtime Stories star—who has two daughters with his wife Jacqueline, three-year-old Sadie Madison and 10-month-old Sunny Madeline—entertains his children by wearing different outfits when he reads them fairy tales.

The 42-year-old actor said, “I often slip into costume as the lead character in whatever bedtime story I am reading. This is a little weird because my daughters love Disney princesses, but you would be surprised at how good I look in a ball gown.”

Adam isn’t the only Hollywood star who enjoys donning women’s clothes. Liev Schreiber, 41, recently revealed he became obsessed with his body hang-ups when he wore a dress for a movie role: “It was exhilaratingly humiliating. But I completely became giddy in a strange way the moment I put on the dress. Vanity quickly set in, and I thought to myself, ‘I wish my belly was flatter. Let’s face it, I don’t look great in a dress, but it’s nice to hear I have nice legs.”
