Paris JacksonParis Jackson wants to live with godmother Diana Ross, according to reports.

The 15-year-old daughter of Michael has been recovering from her recent suicide attempt and has apparently told social workers at UCLA Medical Center she doesn't want to be under the care of grandmother Katherine and cousin TJ Jackson anymore. The Daily Star newspaper has revealed the troubled star "wants to live," but wants to do so under the care of the "Chain Reaction" hitmaker.

"I want to live. I just don't want to live at home any more. I feel like I'm being stifled there. I miss my dad terribly still and at times I feel like there's no one I can talk to about how I feel. I want to go and live with Diana, who was one of dad's closest friends," said Paris, according to an insider.

It was recently said that the 69-year-old singer was concerned for her goddaughter's well-being but had no intention of stepping on the toes of the Jackson family while the "Thriller" star's children are in good care.

Brooke Mueller Accuses Denise Richards of Violating Order

Denise Richards and Brooke MuellerBrooke Mueller has accused Denise Richards of violating a gag order during her sons' custody battle.

The 35-year-old blonde believes the reason she has been denied custody of her twins Bob and Max, four - whom she has with ex-husband Charlie Sheen - is partly down to photos showing Denise with the boys during a school field trip with other celebrity parents, which Brooke insists is giving the impression she is a "bad mother."

However, Denise - who has daughters Sam, nine, and Lola, seven, from her previous marriage to Charlie Sheen, and adopted little girl Eloise, 23 months - and Charlie have respected the order in place by not speaking to the media about the situation. "Denise staged the photo op to portray Brooke as a bad mother. The field trip the preschool took was to a local farm, and there were other celebs with their kids in attendance also. Halle Berry was there with daughter, Nahla, and had her picture taken also. It was a ridiculous claim for Brooke to make because there was no evidence to support her claims. Denise and Charlie have both respected the gag order and haven't spoken to the media about the situation," a source said.

Denise RichardsDenise Richards has retained custody of Charlie Sheen's sons.

Lawyers met in court yesterday after the actor's ex-wife Brooke Mueller - who is currently being treated for drug problems at the Betty Ford clinic - requested her four-year-old twins Bob and Max be placed in the care of her brother, but the judge "flatly denied" her request.

"The judge flatly denied Brooke's request to to have Denise stripped of temporary custody, and placed in the care of her brother in Orange County. There was absolutely no reason that could justify the move, which would only uproot the twins yet again," a source said.

Brooke - who would have retained the $55,000-a-month child support she receives from ex-husband Charlie if her brother was caring for the boys - had alleged Denise had only agreed to take on the children for her own financial benefit, but the actress insisted she isn't interested in money.

Denise Richards has been awarded temporary custody of Charlie Sheen's sons. The Wild Things actress - who has daughters Sam, nine, and Lola, seven, with the actor, as well as adopted Eloise, two - is to take on the care of twins Bob and Max, four, after social workers Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services removed them from the home of their mother Brooke Mueller because of allegations her drug use is jeopardizing their safety.

"Brooke was given many opportunities by social workers to clean up her act. Social workers felt that Bob and Max weren't safe in Brooke's care. The decision was made late on Thursday afternoon, and the boys are no longer in Brooke's care. It's expected at some point the boys will be taken care of by Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, Denise Richards, who has cared for them in the past when Brooke went to rehab. Denise loves the boys and their safety and well being mean everything to her. Bob and Max are safe and that is all the matters. Denise is simply complying with the court order," a source said.
