Chris Brown has been sentenced to 131 days in prison.
The 24-year-old singer has been forced to spend just over four months behind bars after he admitted in a Los Angeles court yesterday that he violated his probation by getting into a fight in Washington D.C. last year.
The judge, James R. Brandlin, originally sentenced the "Loyal" hitmaker to 365 days in custody, but gave him credit for the 234 days he has already spent in rehab and jail. However, it is unclear how long he will actually serve as he could get out earlier due to over-crowding in the prison.
The judge also ordered Chris, who has recently been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, to attend therapy sessions with a shrink twice a week and undergo random drug testing three times a week, according to TMZ.com.

Ariel Winter's guardianship case has been resolved.
The Modern Family actress - who plays Alex Dunphy in the series - will remain in the care of her older sister Shanelle Grey, who took on temporary custody of the 16-year-old star in 2012 after she claimed her mother, Chrisoula Workman, was physically and mentally abusing her.
At a hearing yesterday, Chrisoula agreed Ariel could continue living with her sister - if she watched a video montage of family photographs in court. The young actress and other members of her family - including Chrisoula and Shanelle - sobbed as the video played, and then Superior Court Judge Daniel Murphy signed off on the custody agreement.
The judge advised it would be up to Ariel to decide if and when she would visit her mother, but he would keep jurisdiction over her care until she turns 18, and her father Glenn workman will remain in control of her finances.

Lindsay Lohan's probation has been revoked.
The Liz & Dick actress - who failed to appear in court in Los Angeles yesterday on three misdemeanor charges, including lying to police about a traffic accident in the summer - is facing 245 days in jail and a judge has scheduled a hearing for January 15 to decide whether she will lock the actress away for violating her probation.
The 26-year-old troubled starlet was arraigned this morning on charges that she lied to police about being behind the wheel of a car when it crashed in June on the Pacific Coast Highway. Lindsay has been on probation since being found guilty of stealing a necklace in July 2011, for which she was sentenced to 120 days in prison and 480 hours of community service.
According to gossip website TMZ.com, if found guilty the flame-haired beauty could be sentenced to jail for eight months.
Michael Madsen Charged with DUI

Michael Madsen has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence (DUI).
The Reservoir Dogs actor was arrested in Malibu in September after being stopped for driving erratically and subsequently blowing a .20 on a breathalyzer test - more than twice the legal limit - and last Wednesday, the Los Angeles City Attorney filed two misdemeanor counts against him, one for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and another for driving with a BAC of .08 or higher, gossip website TMZ reports.
The case is scheduled to go before the court later this month, but Michael's attorney - who previously declared the breathalyzer test "flawed" - said, "We intend to vigorously defend the charges."
If convicted, the 55-year-old actor could face up to two years in jail but as he has no previous DUI convictions, it is unlikely he would serve any time in prison.
Halle Berry Loses Court Battle

Halle Berry has lost her bid to take her daughter to live in France.
The 46-year-old actress - who is engaged to French actor Olivier Martinez - and Gabriel Aubry, father of her four-year-old daughter Nahla, appeared in court in Los Angeles on Friday where a judge denied Halle's attempts to move to Europe, according to gossip website TMZ.
Gabriel, a Canadian model who lives and works in Los Angeles, had petitioned the court to stop Halle's plans as it would give him limited access to his daughter, while the Cloud Atlas actress argued the privacy laws are stronger in France and would keep Nahla safe from the paparazzi.
Halle - who split with Gabriel in 2010 - and Olivier, had put their wedding plans on hold while the actress focused on her custody battle but she revealed they hoped to have a child together soon. "We pray to God, so sweet. She says, 'God, please bring me a bunk bed and a baby sister.' And I say, 'I can do one of those things, I know for sure. The other one, we've got to keep praying on.' What do you say to her when she wants that and can't understand why God's taken so long?" she said.
Britney Spears Wins Sam Lufti Case

Britney Spears and her family can breathe a little easier after today.
A Los Angeles judge threw out the lawsuit which Sam Lutfi - a man who claimed to be Spears' manager at the time of her highly-publicized breakdown - had filed against the X Factor judge's family for unpaid fees, assault, and defamation. The judge ruled in favor of the Spears, who argued that he hadn't proven his case within a week of testimony.
"I really thought long and hard about this. It's the right thing to do," Superior Court Judge Suzanne Bruguera said before dismissing the case.
While Jamie Spears, Britney's father, declined to comment upon the ruling, his lawyer Leon Gladstone said, "We're delighted, we feel it's the right result."
Lutfi claimed that he's going to appeal.

Leighton Meester Wins Court Battle Against Mother
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Television, Legal Issues,
Leighton Meester has won her court battle against her mother.
Constance Meester had claimed the pair had an oral contract guaranteeing the actress would pay her $10,000 a month in response to papers filed by the Gossip Girl star in July 2011 claiming the $7,500 she sent home each month to help care for her younger brother was misused by her mother for personal reasons, such as cosmetic surgeries.
Although Constance - who countersued for $3 million in damages - dropped her court case in December, Gossip Girl star Leighton pursued the legal action in order to obtain a ruling stating that she does not owe her mother parental support. According to gossip website TMZ, Judge Gregory Alacron ruled yesterday that there was no valid agreement for Leighton to pay Constance any amount of money.

Lindsay Lohan Misdiagnosed, Demanding Apology From Courts
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies, Drugs, Drunk, Legal Issues, Rants, Rumors,
Despite being on rehab lock-down, Lindsay Lohan is making quite the fuss, reportedly wanting an apology from the Californian courts.
The actress is said to be “fuming” after medical assessments at the UCLA Medical Center - where she is currently undergoing a 90-day stint as part of her sentence for breaching probation - found she may have been misdiagnosed with attention deficit disorder (ADD) and is not suffering from bipolar disorder or addicted to drugs as was previously claimed.
Instead, medics believe it is possible her prescription for Adderall, which treats ADD, led to her erratic behavior, meaning the 24-year-old star feels her sentence was unfair. “Lindsay is fuming - she is really upset that the courts put her through all this,” said a source.
Although the insider says Lindsay’s representatives are “exploring their options,” it is not expected she will be able to gain legal action against the perceived damage to her public image. Criminal Defence Attorney Steve Cron explained to Fox 411’s Pop Tarts, “No judge or prosecutor could be sued under these circumstances, they have absolute immunity. Judge Revel formulated her opinion of Lindsay based on the information she had at the time from another program. The judge could still be dissatisfied with the report from UCLA and seek independent opinions or insist Lindsay be enrolled in other programs.”

Probation Extended For Nicole Richie
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Television, Celebrity Babies, Drunk, Legal Issues, Where Are They Now?,
Lindsay Lohan could learn something from Nicole Richie, who recently extended her probation.
The socialite - who was put on probation in 2006 following a driving under the influence (DUI) offence, after being arrested for driving the wrong way down a Los Angeles motorway and failing a sobriety test - was told it wouldn’t be terminated next month as expected, because she hasn’t attended enough alcohol education classes.
According to her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley - who appeared in a Los Angeles court yesterday - the 28-year-old starlet failed to complete the course because she has been too busy looking after her children Harlow, two, and nine-month-old Sparrow, her kids with her rocker fiance Joel Madden.
Her probation period has now been extended to March 2011, but the judge has promised to terminate it early if she completed the alcohol program before then. Despite the extension, Nicole has been praised for her work on the course so far. Her report states, “Her attitude is excellent.”
