Police are investigating Amanda Bynes' claims that she was "sexually harassed" by an arresting officer on Thursday night.
Internal Affairs are looking into the serious allegations made by the Easy A star, who was charged with attempted evidence tampering, reckless endangerment and marijuana possession in court on Friday, after being arrested at her New York City apartment. A spokesperson for the New York City Police Department (NYPD) announced they are looking into the situation further after the troubled starlet accused an officer of entering her apartment illegally, slapping her vagina and lying about her throwing a bong out the window in front of him.
NYPD chief spokesman Paul Browne confirmed the Internal Affairs Bureau (IAB) is investigating and told gossip website TMZ.com, "As it would with any such allegation, regardless of its credibility, IAB is investigating it."

Lindsay Lohan has become a model patient in rehab.
The 26-year-old actress - who is in the midst of a 90-day court-ordered stint in rehab after pleading "no contest" to lying to police about driving during a car crash last June - has wowed staff at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California, with her new positive attitude and has been attending all of her group and one-on-one counseling sessions.
A source told gossip website TMZ.com that the Liz & Dick star, who is in rehab for the sixth time, is taking her treatment seriously and has told friends that she is learning a lot about self-control and how to deal with reckless impulses. Lindsay, who is sharing a room with two roommates, has also admitted that although the program is getting more complicated and emotional, she is not shying away. She told friends that she is happy to have roommates because she doesn't want to be alone and is getting on well with both of them.

Eva Longoria received a touching congratulatory message from former U.S. president Bill Clinton, after graduating from university with a Masters Degree in Chicano Studies.
The politician praised the former Desperate Housewives star for inspiring her fans to never stop learning, following her graduation ceremony on Wednesday at California State University. Sharing his admiration for the 38-year-old actress on Twitter on Friday, he wrote, "Thanks for inspiring others to never stop learning and for your support of @ClintonGlobal. Congrats on your degree." The brunette beauty quickly replied, "Thank u Mr. President. (sic)"

Charlie Sheen will use his birth name, Carlos Estevez, in the credits for his new movie Machete Kills.
The 47-year-old actor has reportedly decided to ditch his stage name, which he began using when he was only four years old to avoid being confused with his uncle Carlos, to show his respect for director Robert Rodriguez, who was born in Texas but is very proud about his own Latin heritage.
A screen-grab from the credits of the upcoming action film, obtained by gossip website TMZ.com, shows that he will use his birth name in the opening and closing credits. It will mark the first time in his professional career that he won't be billed as Charlie Sheen.
The Anger Management star began using the name after his father changed his name from Ramon Antonio Gerardo Estevez to Martin Sheen when he moved to Hollywood.

Amanda Bynes insists she doesn't do drugs.
The Easy A star - who was charged with attempted evidence tampering, reckless endangerment and marijuana possession in court on Friday after police received a report of a disorderly person and arrested her at her New York City apartment on Thursday - claims that she doesn't even drink and has never owned a bong despite being accused of throwing one out the window in front of arresting officers.
The 27-year-old actress reached out to her more than 1.1 million followers on Twitter on Friday night, writing, "I only smoke tobacco I don't drink or do drugs. I've never had a bong in my life!"
But the actress sparked concern after she revealed she is unhappy with her mugshot: "I need to get another nose job after seeing my mugshot!" She later added, "I need Nicki Minaj's wig person stat!"

Frances Bean Cobain has accused Kendall Jenner of venting her problems in public for attention. The 20-year-old model - who is the daughter of Courtney Love and the late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain - doesn't think Kendall is a bad person but advised the 17-year-old 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star to try to deal with her issues privately instead of getting strangers to throw her a "pity party."
Frances reignited her feud with Kendall, which began earlier this week, on Friday night, writing, "Everyone's problems are relative and I in no way meant to demean your issues but publicly complaining about how hard your life is, is completely self serving. It's asking for attention. If you are feeling like #### talk to someone who you trust as opposed to fishing for sympathy from your followers. I don't know you nor do I think ur a bad person. I believe that venting about ones problems via the Internet is a blatant cry for attention. We all have experienced pain. I try to deal w/ pain in a manner that pertains to my real life not in a way where strangers throw me a pity party. To each their own though man. Snooki had a pregnancy scare last week.
The former Jersey Shore star - who has an eight-month-old son Lorenzo with her fiance Jionni LaValle - was disappointed to discover she isn't expecting her second child because she wants to have three more children, but admits her new house in New Jersey, which is currently being renovated, isn't ready for another baby just yet.
"Well, I actually thought I was pregnant last week. I want three more kids and I would love to have one now but my house isn't ready," the 25 year-old reality star said.
The petite brunette star loves being a mother and is already planning a huge party for her son to celebrate his first birthday on August 26. "I feel like the first birthday needs to be outrageous. So, I could do farm animals or zebras. Not lions, cause that's scary. But I definitely want to do something crazy. Being a mom is like a full-time job but I love it. He's like my little baby and he'll always be my baby," she explained.

Aaron Paul is set to marry Lauren Parsekian in Malibu, California on Saturday.
The Breaking Bad star - who popped the question to his long-term girlfriend in Paris in early January 2012 - will tie the knot on a grassy lawn before moving on to a 1920s style carnival masquerade reception.
"It's going to be one hell of a party. They couldn't be more in love and are so excited to get married," a source said.
The bride recently found the perfect shoes for the outdoor ceremony. "[Lauren] found these fabulous vintage white tie-up ankle boots with a thick heel so she doesn't sink in," a friend revealed.
The 33-year-old actor and his fiancee, who is co-CEO of Finding Kind Productions, will provide guests with masquerade masks at the reception and have asked them to dress accordingly. "They just want to have a great night with their friends," another insider added.

Amanda Bynes has been released from police custody.
The She's The Man star appeared in court in New York City on Friday morning, where she was formally charged with attempted evidence tampering, reckless endangerment and marijuana possession. The troubled starlet was booked for drug possession on Thursday evening when police visited her apartment after receiving a report of a disorderly person.
During the hearing, the 27-year-old actress denied throwing a bong out the window in front of arresting officers, and also accused them of "roughing her up." She claimed she was "improperly arrested" because the object she threw was "just a vase," according to gossip website TMZ.com. An arresting officer is quoted as saying in the criminal complaint, "I observed [Amanda] grab said bong, run to the westbound-facing window, and throw it out the window where numerous pedestrians were walking on the 8 Avenue and West 47 Street sidewalks below."
The judge waived bail but warned the actress that an arrest warrant would be issued if she misses her court date in July.
