Kanye West could face felony charges for his alleged attack on a photographer at LAX.
The 36-year-old rapper is said to have flipped out at an "aggressive" paparazzo at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday, leaving him with undetermined injuries and the victim wants to press charges.
"Police will refer the case to the D.A.[District Attorney] as a felony attempted robbery and not a battery case. The routine is to go after the suspect for the most serious charge," according to TMZ.
The photographer continued to ask Kanye questions after he told him not to and Kanye is said to have attempted to punch the man, who then fell to the ground, Samir Chantre, a Brazilian jiujitsu instructor who was returning from a flight from Brazil at the time, witnessed the incident and explained, "Five photographers started shooting pictures of him and one of them was over the microphone and was saying stuff to him.
''[Kanye] seemed like he was getting offended."

Jenny McCarthy is dating Donnie Wahlberg.
The bubbly blonde, who previously dated Jim Carrey, recently began a relationship with the New Kids On The Block singer, 43, after meeting him on the set of her VHI chat show The Jenny McCarthy Show in March. "Yes, they recently started dating and are having a lot of fun. They had a blast 4th of July hanging out with a bunch of their friends," a source said.
Sparks flew between the couple, who frequently send each other public messages on Twitter, on Jenny's show when the 40-year-old presenter asked him, "Do you talk dirty while you're having sex," and he replied, "I do." Jenny admitted she was turned on by the interview in a blog post for the Chicago Splash, writing, "Let's just say we visually give 50 Shades of Grey a run for its money. It gets steamy. I mean like really steamy. Being turned on by a guy is always fun but to have it legitimately happen to you on TV is to be turned back into a 12-year-old. By the time we get into the ground-breaking interview, my face turns fifty shades of RED."

Paris Jackson Moves to New Treatment Center

Paris Jackson has moved into a new treatment facility.
The 15-year-old aspiring actress, who attempted suicide last month, left UCLA Medical Center on Tuesday and is now staying at an undisclosed residential treatment center, where she will continue to be supervised and undergo treatment for depression. A source told People.com that the facility was chosen by Paris' grandmother and legal guardian Katherine Jackson, as well as her biological mother Debbie Rowe, who she has recently reconnected with, because they did think she was ready to return home.
"The feeling is that Paris is still a danger to herself. Both Katherine and Debbie want her to get the help that she needs," the insider added.
It was recently revealed that Demi Lovato reached out to Paris. The X Factor judge, who has a history of self-harm and whose estranged father recently died, reached out to the troubled teenager to let her know she is not alone. "With Demi having just lost her dad, she feels a special bond with Paris. She told Paris about how she'd endured horrible bullying about her weight and her looks and even nasty comments about her estranged father. That struck a chord with Paris because of her own controversial father and like Demi, she's been dieting for years.There are so few people in Hollywood who show up during the tough times but Demi is the real deal," a source said.

Nicki Minaj has praised Miley Cyrus after the "We Can't Stop" singer named her as an inspiration. The "High School" rapper has nothing but good things to say about the "cute" star's new look and she is also very impressed by her "twerking" skills - an energetic dance move made popular by Nicki which involves a person shaking, wobbling and bouncing their hips and butt up and down.
Speaking to E! News, Nicki thanked Miley for naming her as one of her top five favorite female singers, adding, "OMG! Miley is so cute and every time I see her I say again and again that she is so damn cute and down to earth. I really love her, what a compliment that was to me. I really love her back. Thanks Miley!"

Rihanna is furious that Chris Brown is putting a duet with her on his upcoming album.
The "Fine China" hitmaker was originally planning to axe the track, "Put It Up," from his new album, X after he and the "Stay" singer ended their on/off relationship for good earlier this year, but announced on Twitter this week that his ex-girlfriend, 25, will definitely be making an appearance on the record.
The 24-year-old star, who is still on probation for beating Rihanna in 2009, wrote on Thursday, "New album features @NICKIMINAJ, Kendrick, @rihanna, @KELLYROWLAND, @wizkhalifa, @bobatl and more surprises to come. 'X'"
Rihanna appeared to be less than impressed by his decision to release their track, recorded when they were still together, tweeting shortly after his announcement, "Phuck O.utta H.ere B.***h." She also posted a photo on Instagram featuring the words, "B***h you will die, be born again, die and be born again before I ever do a song with you b***h."

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are planning to marry in Egypt. The couple - who welcomed their first child, North West, last month - have reportedly become engaged and Kim has her heart set on a destination wedding following the fiasco of her short lived marriage to Kris Humphries in 2011.
"Kim and Kanye were talking to the baby when in mid-sentence he asked Kim to marry him. She started to cry and mouthed the word, 'Yes.' This time she wants something different and exotic. She likes how Katy Perry and Russell Brand got married in India with an Indian-themed wedding. She wants that. Kim thinks she's the spitting image of Egyptian goddess Isis, so she has been talking about doing an Egyptian-themed wedding, at the pyramids. She says Kanye digs the idea too. It will cost millions to fly everyone to Egypt, but money is no object," a source said.
If they do fly to an exotic location, both Kim and Kanye have admitted they worry about protecting their baby and the new father is rumored to pay for doctor to check on her every day to make she is OK.

Justin Bieber has been cleared of being involved in a hit and run accident in Los Angeles.
The 19-year-old singer was investigated and interviewed for a few hours after a photographer allegedly suffered minor injuries from being pinned against another car by the singer's white Ferrari on Monday night. A source told gossip website TMZ.com that the "All Around The World" hitmaker was leaving the Laugh Factory on Sunset Boulevard at approximately 11:45 PM with his best friend, Lil Twist, when the photographer got pinned between his moving Ferrari and a parked car. The source insisted that Justin motioned at the group of photographers snapping pictures to move out of the way after he got behind the wheel of his super car but when he drove away he appeared to pin one of them between his car and another parked vehicle. Justin did not stop to see whether the photographer was okay but told police that he did not know he had hit anyone.

Miley Cyrus thinks alcohol is more dangerous than marijuana.
The "We Can't Stop" hitmaker, who apologized after she was caught smoking a bong in late 2010 but insisted it was salvia, a legal hallucinogen, at the time, has hinted that rumors she regularly uses the drug are true. When asked whether she is a stoner, the 20-year-old singer laughed and told the July issue of Rolling Stone magazine, "You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes. I did a song with Snoop Dogg (Snoop Lion) called "Ashtrays and Heartbreaks," so people can put it together for themselves."
Miley, who was given a Bob Marley cake for her 19th birthday and later joked that she smoked "way too much f***ing weed," also revealed she is happy to live in California, where it is legal to use marijuana with a prescription: "I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care. I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed. As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Drake wants nothing to do with Chris Brown ever again. The rapper is still fuming over his New York City club bust-up with the R&B singer last June, during which several people were injured after note passing about mutual flame Rihanna turned into a bottle-throwing brawl between the two love rivals and their respective entourages.
One year on, Drake has spoken openly about the W.i.P nightclub incident for the first time, insisting he will never patch things up with the "Don't Wake Me Up" hitmaker. Referring to Chris' on/off relationships with Rihanna and Karrueche Tran, Drake told America's GQ magazine, "I hear he has everything he could want now. I don't want my name to be synonymous with that guy's name. I really don't. I wish we could sit down ... and talk it out man-to-man. But that's not going to happen."

While many people have praised Angelina Jolie for her decision to undergo a double mastectomy surgery for preventative measures against cancer - of which she discovered she is at great risk due to a mutated gene - singer Melissa Etheridge is not one of them.
"I wouldn’t call it the brave choice. I actually think it’s the most fearful choice you can make when confronting anything with cancer," the 52 year-old musician - who underwent five rounds of chemotherapy herself in 2005 - said in a recent interview.
The LGBT activist reasoned that there are other ways to avoid cancer: "[Having a double mastectomy] is way down the line on the spectrum of what you can do and [considering] the advancements we’ve made in things like nutrition and stress levels. My belief is that cancer comes from inside you and so much of it has to do with the environment of your body. It’s the stress that will turn that gene on or not. Plenty of people have the gene mutation and everything but it never comes to cancer. There was so much acidity in everything. I really encourage people to go a lot longer and further before coming to [Jolie's] conclusion."
