Brooke Mueller has accused Denise Richards of violating a gag order during her sons' custody battle.
The 35-year-old blonde believes the reason she has been denied custody of her twins Bob and Max, four - whom she has with ex-husband Charlie Sheen - is partly down to photos showing Denise with the boys during a school field trip with other celebrity parents, which Brooke insists is giving the impression she is a "bad mother."
However, Denise - who has daughters Sam, nine, and Lola, seven, from her previous marriage to Charlie Sheen, and adopted little girl Eloise, 23 months - and Charlie have respected the order in place by not speaking to the media about the situation. "Denise staged the photo op to portray Brooke as a bad mother. The field trip the preschool took was to a local farm, and there were other celebs with their kids in attendance also. Halle Berry was there with daughter, Nahla, and had her picture taken also. It was a ridiculous claim for Brooke to make because there was no evidence to support her claims. Denise and Charlie have both respected the gag order and haven't spoken to the media about the situation," a source said.

Angelina Jolie will miss her aunt's funeral because it clashes with the premiere of Brad Pitt's new movie World War Z.
The Salt actress - who recently revealed she underwent a double mastectomy after she was identified as carrying the BRCA1 cancer gene - lost her aunt Debbie Martin, 61, over the weekend following a battle with breast cancer but Angelina cannot make the funeral in San Diego on Sunday because she will be in London.
"We are making the final arrangements for the funeral as we speak. But we expect it to be this Sunday at noon at El Camino Memorial in Sorrento Valley near our home. Angelina will be in London on Sunday so she won't be able to attend but she has been in touch with us and with various other members of the family, which has obviously been lovely and has meant a lot to us," Debbie's husband Ron told E! News.
Ron also revealed the family are hoping to start a charity to raise money for BRCA genetic testing: "We are currently in the process of setting up a foundation in Debbie's memory and we are hoping to raise money for women who can't afford to get BRCA testing. We are hoping to work with a charity called the Clearity Foundation so that every woman in America will have access to BRCA testing that could save her life--no matter how much money she has."

Selena Gomez has warned Justin Bieber to stay away from Miley Cyrus.
Miley, 20, and The Hunger Games actor Liam Hemsworth recently called off their engagement and Selena, 20, is reportedly worried her on/off boyfriend Justin will try to hook up with Miley, who he reportedly had a fling with a few years ago.
"Justin and Miley hooked up a few years ago. Then he started dating Selena. It created this whole jealously thing between them. Now Selena doesn't want Justin anywhere near Miley -- and they've been fighting about it!" a source said.

Liam Hemsworth has reportedly called off his engagement to Miley Cyrus. The 23-year-old actor and Miley, 20, are still living together at their Los Angeles home but are now sleeping in separate rooms after Liam told his fiancee their relationship was finished for good.
According to Us Weekly magazine, Miley confessed to a friend "we're done" when speaking about Liam. Speaking about their living arrangements, another source told the publication, "It's strange."
Liam and Miley first met on the set of their film The Last Song in 2009 and had been together four years, with The Hunger Games hunk popping the question last June. But their romance hit the rocks in February amidst rumors Miley had become jealous of Liam's close relationship with actress January Jones.
Liam had been urged by his brother, Thor star Chris Hemsworth, to dump Miley because they thought the relationship was unhealthy for him because she was so jealous. The Australian heartthrob eventually made the decision to end things after deciding he couldn't cope with the constant drama in his romance with the former Hannah Montana star.

Courteney Cox and David Arquette Divorce

Courteney Cox and David Arquette's divorce has been finalized.
Although the former couple - who have an eight-year-old daughter Coco together - originally split in October 2010, they waited to file for divorce until June 2012 and the marriage was officially dissolved by a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge on Tuesday, according to TMZ.
Courteney recently insisted she still loves David, who she refers to as her best friend: "He's my best friend in the world. I love him. I appreciate David more now than I ever did. I mean... it's hard. I don't recommend divorce in general, but, you know, he is my best friend and we've both grown and changed."
Courteney, 48, also believes their split has brought her and David, 41, closer. "I think we both appreciate each other more. I hope he does. I do," she added.

Amanda Bynes has branded model Chrissy Teigen "ugly" in a Twitter tirade.
The troubled actress launched a venomous attack against the Sports Illustrated model and claimed she is "far prettier" than Chrissy in her tweets after Chrissy questioned her mental state in light of her recent woes. Chrissy, 27, tweeted in the early hours of Wednesday morning, "The fact that Amanda Bynes has any 'support' to retweet is really unsettling."

No evidence has been found to support Amanda Bynes' claim she was "sexually harassed" by a police officer when she was arrested last Thursday night.
The Easy A actress had accused one of the arresting officers of entering her New York City apartment illegally, slapping her vagina and lying about her throwing a bong out of the window in front of him. After Amanda made her complaint, Internal Affairs investigated the serious allegations made by the 27-year-old star but could find nothing to corroborate her claims and have concluded all officers acted appropriately and professionally.
"Internal Affairs investigators have found no evidence to corroborate Ms. Bynes' allegations. To the contrary, a credible civilian witness who was with the officers throughout told investigators that none touched Ms. Bynes inappropriately or otherwise engaged in misconduct at any time," said astatement released by the New York Police Department (NYPD).

Aaron Paul and Lauren Parsekian tied the knot in Malibu, California on Sunday.
The Breaking Bad star - who popped the question in Paris in early January 2012 - married the documentary film director and activist at the Cottage Pavilion at Calamigos Ranch in front of guests including co-stars Bryan Cranston, Dean Norris, Anna Gunn, and Giancarlo Esposito and burlesque star Dita Von Teese.
Bryan acted as groomsman for the ceremony which was followed by a 1920s style carnival masquerade reception. After the wedding, a besotted Aaron tweeted, "A day will never go by without me reminding you how special you are. Thanks for last night my pretty little bird (sic)."
Aaron previously revealed he begged Lauren to marry him.

Lindsay Lohan's father wants her to be transferred to a rehab facility in Florida.
Michael Lohan thinks the 26-year-old Scary Movie V actress - who is more than three weeks into her 90-days of court-ordered treatment - is wasting her time at the Betty Ford clinic in Rancho Mirage, California, because she has already completed the same 12-step program twice before and it failed.
He told gossip website TMZ.com after touching down at Los Angeles International Airport from New York on Saturday, "I want to take care of some things with the court and get her transferred. She's at Betty Ford, I think it's only going to be temporary with regard to recovery, but if she goes to the Lukens Institute, where I want her to go, it's going to be permanent and I'll stake everything on it. I know she'll get better if she goes there."

Amanda Bynes claims her Rihanna bashing tweets were fake.
The 27-year-old actress recently launched a Twitter attack on the 25-year-old singer, saying Chris Brown beat her up in 2009 because she is "not pretty enough," and while the tweets were sent from Amanda's own account, she has now backtracked and denied writing the offensive messages. "I saw a bunch of mocked up tweets about me bashing Rihanna in my mentions. I'm followed by so many people that someone is always mocking up fake tweets so I feel the need to address them!" she wrote.
