Amanda BynesAmanda Bynes has allegedly been evicted from her apartment in New York City.

The Easy A actress, who was arrested at her building in Manhattan on May 23 and later charged with attempted evidence tampering, reckless endangerment and marijuana possession, was allegedly kicked out of the apartment block on Tuesday.

"At 9 p.m. on Tuesday, movers showed up and removed Amanda's belongings from her apartment. Even before her arrest, residents had constant complaints about the smell of marijuana coming from her apartment. She had also cursed out residents and the doormen, and the smell of pot from her apartment was really annoying people," a source said.

The 27-year-old actress's neighbors recently complained that sharing their building with her was "like living with Linda Blair in The Exorcist, the 1973 horror film, claiming she often looked "completely out of it" and talked to herself.

Leonardo DiCaprio in Venice

It's hard to tell if Leonardo DiCaprio is testing out his Halloween costume early or legitimately trying to detract attention from himself. If it's the latter, he really should consider some other less futile disguises.

The Great Gatsby actor took to the streets of Venice in an simplistic black mask and sunglasses (apparently in order to walk around unnoticed). DiCaprio - who was previously promoting his latest film at the Cannes Film Festival and is now taking time off in Europe - was quite a sight when he was determined to eat a slice of pizza without removing his mask.

Jaden Smith and Kylie JennerJaden Smith has denied being in a relationship with Kylie Jenner.

The 14-year-old After Earth actor - who stars in the movie alongside dad Will - insisted he's not dating the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star after he was asked about their relationship by Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show.

"I love Kylie and I love [her sister] Kendall [Jenner]. They're just really good friends. We all just kind of hang out because we live in the same neighborhood and they're really cool girls. I love hanging out with them. They're just friends," he said.

The young film star was seen earlier this week with the 15-year-old model wearing an Iron Man outfit in New York and Kylie has also been quick to insist they are just good friends. In an interview with E! News she said she loves being around him because he is so supportive and she admitted it's great hanging out with someone who she can relate to: "He comes and supports me with everything that I do. It's refreshing. Some people don't understand and some people do. It's just great to have someone grow up in the same position as you and you can relate in that kind of way, so it's fun."

Miley Cyrus and Liam HemsworthMiley Cyrus has no plans to give Liam Hemsworth back her engagement ring

The 20-year-old singer - who is reportedly still sharing her Toluca Lake mansion in Los Angeles with The Hunger Games star but sleeping in a separate bedroom - wants to hold on to her 3.5-carat Neil Lane diamond ring, even though they are splitting.

"To give back the ring would be too permanent this soon. But they are definitely over," a source said.

Another friend claims that their relationship started to crack after they got engaged in June 2012 because Miley, who chopped off her hair and dyed it peroxide blonde in August, has completely changed. "Liam always admired Miley's independence. But this was more like rebellion, and it freaked him out. She has undergone a complete personality change. She's basically thugged out," the source continued.

The friend says Miley's attitude "was grating on him" before their split, adding, "He used to be obsessed with the way she would go wild. But it got more childish to him. He's growing up - and fast."

Lynn and Amanda BynesAmanda Bynes' parents are struggling to gain guardianship of her.

Rick and Lynn Bynes reportedly want to take legal control of the troubled actress' finances and personal needs, but after her recent move to New York City, face extra hurdles. Under New York Law, the 27-year-old star - who was charged with attempted evidence tampering, reckless endangerment and marijuana possession in court last Friday - could appoint her close friends to decide if she needs her parents to take control.

"Amanda's parents have been told it's much harder for them to get guardianship of their adult daughter in New York than if they were to have the proceedings take place in California. Under New York law, Amanda could have the option of having a jury of her peers decide if she was in need of having her parents take control of her life. In the California courts, a judge signs off on the conservatorship. The thought of having a public jury trial to determine if Amanda is unable to take care of herself - and the media firestorm that would ensue - gives her parents cause for concern," a source said.

Philip Seymour HoffmanPhilip Seymour Hoffman recently entered rehab for heroin abuse.

The Oscar-winning Capote actor - who has battled substance abuse in the past - admitted he recently fell off the wagon after 23 years of staying clean and spent 10 days in a detox facility earlier this month after he began taking heroin. The 45-year-old star told website TMZ his problems began more than a year ago when he started abusing prescription pills, which recently escalated to snorting the illegal substance, before he realized he needed help.

The Moneyball star has credited his "great group of friends and family" for helping him through the ordeal and he is already back at work filming his next movie in Europe.

The divorced parents of Lindsay Lohan - who have been locked in a bitter war over how to deal with their troubled daughter - had dinner together at the W Hotel in Hollywood on Wednesday, where they agreed to attend family therapy sessions at Lindsay's rehab, the Betty Ford Clinic.

"Dina and Michael were talking nicely to each other and not fighting. There was no booze at the table. Lindsay's parents finally were in the same room without the cops being called and that's a good thing. Both of Lindsay's parents have agreed to put aside all their old bad feelings and to be there together to make sure Lindsay is on the right track," a source said.
