Denise Richards refuses to care for Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's four-year-old twins any longer.
The 42-year-old star, who was granted temporary custody of her ex-husband's sons, Bob and Max, in May until the end of this year, after their mother's drug use spiraled out of control, said she can't continue to provide a home for the boys as they are violent towards her own children and dogs.
The actress, who has two daughters, Sam, nine, and Lola, eight, with Charlie, as well as an adopted daughter Eloise, two, wrote a distressing letter to the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), blaming Brooke for her sons' behavior. A source told gossip website TMZ.com that Denise said the boys often go into a "zombie-like state" and gave details about their violent behavior, including one incident that saw Bob throw a toy at Sam's face forcing Denise to take her to the doctor.

Ashton Kutcher is reportedly planning to propose to Mila Kunis next week.
The Two And A Half Men star is keen to pop the question to the 30-year-old actress - whom he has been dating for over a year - after his divorce from Demi Moore has been finalized. Ashton filed for divorce from Demi in December 2012, a year after they split, but he has been locked in a bitter legal battle after the 50-year-old actress reportedly asked for an eight-figure sum in the settlement due to Ashton's involvement in a venture capital fund worth $100 million.
However, the 35-year-old actor has now agreed to hand over a chunk of his multi-million dollar fortune to Demi - who is worth $150 million - as well as some shares in his technology business. "Demi and Ashton's divorce has cast a cloud over his and Mila's relationship because it's dragged on for so long. Thankfully Demi's turned a corner. She's no longer bitter and she wants the divorce over and done with as soon as possible so she can get on with her life too. She's agreed to a settlement of several million and some shares in Ashton's various technology start-ups after he persuaded her to attend a tech conference with him to see for herself how much they'll eventually be worth. They're all happy and the papers are signed and with the lawyers now, so Ashton's free to officially propose to Mila," a source said.

David Arquette’s Girlfriend Is Pregnant

David Arquette is set to become a dad for a second time.
The 42-year-old actor, who has a nine-year-old daughter with his ex-wife, Courteney Cox, and his on-again/off-again girlfriend, Christina McLarty, are reportedly expecting their first child. Sources told gossip website TMZ.com that the Entertainment Tonight host, who has been dating the Scream star for two years, is four months pregnant. David also gushed about the good news to the crew on the set of his new movie in Vancouver, Canada.
A spokesperson for the actor has yet to comment on the reports.
David, who admitted last week that he had fallen off the wagon after seeking treatment in rehab for alcohol addiction, previously hailed Christina to be the love of his life: "I'm madly in love with her and she's the love of my life. Absolutely."

Amanda Bynes Will Be Home by Christmas

Amanda Bynes is expected to be released from rehab in time for Christmas.
The troubled actress, who has been in care since being placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold in July, will reportedly be granted release in December after exhibiting marked improvements in her health. According to TMZ, Amanda has responded well to the medication and counselling she has been provided at The Canyon rehab facility in Malibu, California - where she moved to in September after transferring from the UCLA Medical Center's psychiatric ward - and doctors believe the treatment has "sufficiently stabilized" her.
The 27-year-old star is expected to be released into the care of her mother, Lynn, who will supervise her at their family home as she readjusts to the world.
It was recently reported the She's the Man actress - whose erratic behavior in public and on Twitter earlier this year led to her involuntary psychiatric hold - has been allowed to embark on supervised outings twice a week as she has made "great progress."

Russell Brand has confirmed he is "in a relationship."
The 38-year-old comedian has been in an on/off relationship with Jemima Khan for the past couple of months and although he did not name the socialite he revealed at his A Brand New Politics talk last night that he is "in a relationship at the moment."
He made the confession to Huffington Post UK Political Director Mehdi Hasan at Shoreditch House, east London, during the intimate event hosted by the online news website. After the talk, Mehdi asked if he was rushing to catch a flight back to Los Angeles, to which Russell replied, "No, I'm going to see my girlfriend," adding, "Is the camera still on?"
Russell has been teasing about his romantic status after saying he is single at a stand-up show in Atlanta, Georgia, in September, telling the audience "I'm currently single."

Robert Pattinson can't get over Kristen Stewart.
The A-list couple are said to have been secretly meeting up at their mutual friend Shannon Woodward's flat, despite calling time on their relationship earlier this year. "Rob is still in love with Kristen and can't keep away from her. They've been meeting secretly at production studios and at Shannon's flat. The three of them have been close friends for years and all look out for each other," a source said.
Robert, 27, is reportedly finding it impossible to cut ties with Kristen and doesn't want to move on from their four-year romance. "He's tried flirting with other girls, partying and putting distance between them but there's no other woman for him. His sister Lizzie has told him to follow his deepest feelings and to not by swayed by pressure from Hollywood, because his management and publicists want him to move on and leave his 'troubled' relationship with Kristen behind," the insider added.
This comes after the Twilight stars were spotted checking into the plush Viceroy hotel in Palm Springs, California, with their pooches Bear and Bernie last month.

Drew Barrymore is pregnant with her second child.
The 50 First Dates actress is reportedly expecting a baby with her husband Will Kopelman, multiple sources have confirmed to Us Weekly. The couple - who tied the knot in June 2012 - already have a 13-month-old daughter, Olive.
Rumors have been circulating in recent days that Drew could be pregnant again after she was spotted in a series of loose-fitting outfits. The 38-year-old star donned a long, flowing dress to the LACMA Art+Film Gala honoring Martin Scorcese and David Hockney over the weekend, which appeared to conceal her growing baby bump.
Drew has been vocal about her desire to expand her family in the past, explaining she wanted to give Olive a sibling close to her own age so she didn't feel lonely. "I was an only child and it was lonely. Some people love it and thrive on the independence but I want my kids to have other kids around. Maybe two kids so they can run around life together, roll their eyes at their parents together. So however that's going to come about, it's gonna happen!" she said recently.

Josh Brolin says he's "completely done" with drinking.
The Gangster Squad actor is embarrassed by his alcohol-fueled antics on Friday and has vowed to lay off the booze in future. This comes after a video of the 45-year-old star involved in a brawl with a bouncer was published on TMZ, followed by footage of Josh yelling abuse at a cab driver after allegedly rear-ending his vehicle at a fast food drive-thru a few hours earlier.
When asked by a TMZ photographer how his Sunday evening was, Josh quipped, "Beautiful. Much better than a couple of nights ago."
The actor - who was heading into the gym at the time - was then probed as to whether he had given up alcohol in the wake of his wild weekend. "Absolutely. It won't be happening again. That's it. Completely done," Josh replied.

Emile Hirsch has become a father for the first time.
The Savages star is "so excited and happy" after his former flame gave birth to a baby boy, Valor, last Sunday. "The baby was born at a Florida hospital on Sunday, Oct. 27. It is a boy. His name is Valor and he was six pounds and two ounces. He is a beautiful, healthy baby boy. Everyone is so excited and happy," a source said.
Although Emile allegedly wasn't present for the birth, he plans to be a hands-on dad. "Emile showed up after the baby was born and he is spending time bonding with his new child," the source added.
The actor was spotted with his newborn son for the first time today. The Into The Wild star looked happy and relaxed as he brought his baby boy with him to run errands in Cape Canaveral, Florida, according to gossip website JustJared.com.

Despite the happy photos of Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling on set and red carpet premieres, insiders say that there has been trouble in paradise for the Hollywood couple.
Sources close to the couple say that Ryan's moods, Eva's insecurity, and the distance spent apart have taken a toll on their 2-year relationship. "She sees a text from a mystery number and assumes he's talking to girls," an insider close to Gosling said. "She shuts down anyone who brings Ryan up... It's clear something is wrong," the source added.
The last time the pair were reported together was in mid-September, when Mendes visited Gosling on the set of his upcoming directorial debut, How to Catch a Monster.
Referring to when the couple is rumored to have briefly split up six months ago, the insider affirmed, "I wouldn't be surprised if they split for good soon."
