Cameron DouglasMichael Douglas' son Cameron has been sentenced to an extra four and a half years in prison.

Cameron, 32, was originally serving five years after he pled guilty to possession and dealing methamphetamine and cocaine in April, but his time in jail has now been almost doubled after he repeatedly violated prison rules by arranging to get drugs while in custody.

Judge Richard Berman cited four different occasions in which Cameron's lawyer smuggled narcotics into prison for him in her bra when announcing the extended sentence. He also recommended Cameron is sent to a prison facility that can offer him drug treatment and mental health care. Speaking in court, Cameron said, "I cannot seem to find comfort within my own skin. I feel ashamed. I feel defeated."

The DJ and actor- who asked for the judge to send him to rehab to deal with the situation "medically" - has previously told the judge of a wish to turn his life around and become an entertainer: "I am sorry for my family and my loved ones for putting them through this nightmare of my making. I ask for an opportunity to be a role model to my younger brothers and sisters."

Brooke MuellerBrooke Mueller has checked herself into a "long-term, in-patient treatment center" to get sober.

The troubled beauty - the ex-wife of Charlie Sheen - has made the decision to get clean of drugs following her arrest for assault and cocaine possession in Aspen, Colorado, earlier this month.

"After further reflection and consideration, Brooke has decided to remove herself from the media spotlight and has entered a long-term in-patient treatment center where she can focus on her recovery without distraction," her representative Steve Honig said in a statement.

No further details about the rehab center will be released, according to Honig: "She has already arrived at the facility and, out of respect for her privacy, no further information will be released about her treatment. Brooke's goal is to maintain her sobriety and she believes this is the best option to reach that goal."

Brooke Mueller and Charlie SheenCharlie Sheen claims Brooke Mueller would "never" be a drug dealer.

Despite the reality TV star being charged with assault and intent to distribute drugs when she was arrested in Aspen, Colorado, last weekend, Sheen maintains Brooke wouldn't need to sell illegal substances because of the generous child support he gives her for their two-year-old twin sons Bob and Max. Charlie - who is believed to give Brooke somewhere in the region of $55,000 per month in child maintenance - told TMZ, "With the child support I give her ... she's gonna deal drugs? Never gonna happen."

Meanwhile, the troubled star admitted the former couple are considering sharing custody of their sons, who are currently primarily in Brooke's care. "We're interested in co-parenting ... the kids need two parents." However, Brooke is hoping to have the charges against her dropped. Her representative Steve Honig insists lawyer Yale Galanter will "vigorously defend Brooke with the goal of having all charges dropped once the facts of the case come to light."

Charlie Sheen and sonsCharlie Sheen is planning to look after his twin sons full-time following the arrest of his ex-wife Brooke Mueller.

The former Two and a Half Men actor currently shares custody of two-year-olds Bob and Max with the reality TV star, but is set to take charge of the boys, along with Brooke's parents, as they are concerned about the welfare of the boys.

Charlie, 46, has just returned from a trip to Colombia and will start looking after Bob and Max once they return with Brooke to California from a visit to Aspen, Colorado, where she arrested on Friday night. Charlie and her parents want her to enter rehab to get help for her troubles while they care for the boys. However, Brooke - who could face up to six years in jail after being charged with assault and intent to distribute drugs - is refusing treatment as she doesn't want to be away from her children.

But friends say Brooke needs to be in rehab for "at least nine months" and has reportedly been told spending anything less inside a treatment facility would be a "total waste."

Charlie Sheen and former wife Brooke Mueller in happier daysCharlie Sheen reportedly paid ex-wife Brooke Mueller's bail.

Reality TV star Brooke was arrested and charged with intent to distribute drugs and assault on Friday in Aspen, Colorado, and it was her former spouse who came to her rescue and posted her $11,000 bond. Brooke - who has two-year-old twins, Bob and Max, with the former Two and a Half Men actor - had originally called her parents to help her, but they refused.

"They actually wanted to leave her in jail. Brooke's family is done with her, she has to get straight or she is going to die," a source said.

Brooke - who has battled drink and drug addictions in the past and has received treatment in rehab - must return for a District Court hearing on December 19. She was arrested on a felony charge of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and a misdemeanour charge of assault. If she is found guilty in the drug charge, Brooke could face up to six years in prison.

Brooke MuellerCharlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller has been charged with intent to distribute drugs and assault.

The reality TV star - who has two-year-old twins, Bob and Max, with the former Two and a Half Men actor - was arrested in Aspen, Colorado on Friday after being found in possession of a large amount of cocaine. A spokesman for the City of Aspen and Pitkin County Police said, "Officers with the Aspen Police Department were on a routine walk through when they contacted a woman who reported an assault which had taken place. The woman identified Brooke Mueller as the aggressor. Mueller was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute."

If she is found guilty in the drug charge, Brooke - who has battled drink and drug addictions in the past and has received treatment in rehab - could face up to six years in prison. "When someone is found to have more than a certain amount of the drug they are charged with intent to distribute," a police spokesman said.

Brooke has now been released after posting her $11,000 but must return for a District Court hearing on December 19.

Amy Winehouse and Pete DohertyPete Doherty believes that he is being haunted by Amy Winehouse. The 32-year-old singer was close pals with the "Rehab" hitmaker before her death from alcohol poisoning in July, and he has become so concerned her ghost is now floating around his London home he has gone to Paris to escape the spectre.

"He is utterly convinced that he has seen her ghost. A lot of people will think his visions are probably drug-induced but he claims he is clean," said a friend of the Babyshambles singer.

Pete, however, is so worried about the alleged apparition he is refusing to come back from his French break. During a recent London concert, Pete revealed he had written a song for Amy but he never got a chance to record it with her. Introducing the song, the former Libertines frontman said, "Amy Winehouse asked me a while ago if I had written any new songs. I played her something, and when I had finished, she looked at me and said, 'Is that it? Is that all you've got?'"

Lindsay Lohan as Marilyn MonroeLindsay Lohan wants to be remembered for her talent, not her problems. The troubled actress - who has had several stints in rehab and a string of legal problems, most recently serving 35 days house arrest after breaching probation by stealing a necklace - insists she doesn't want to be a "celebrity" and believes people no longer view her as a "real person."

"People in their mind have created who I am and act as if there is no real person inside of me. Just like Marilyn. Marilyn never wanted to be just a celebrity. Neither do I. I had always thought that movie stars were in films that would last forever in your mind. But now the films don't. I don't want to be remembered as someone who just wanted to be photographed, who goes out at night, and gets in trouble. Heath Ledger once said to me, 'It's built you up to knock you down' and that's all it is. Marilyn said she had no foundation. But she said she was really working on it. I've been trying to do the same thing. I believe in myself and I'm a good actress," she said, comparing herself to late screen icon Marilyn Monroe.

Lindsay, 25, says she has always identified with Marilyn - who died in 1962 at the age of 36 - and says the blonde beauty inspired her to always want to appear strong and in control.

Neil Patrick Harris at Smurfs premiereActor Neil Patrick Harris "danced with a frog devil" when he took acid. The Smurfs star admits he took the hallucinogenic drug "once," but would avoid taking it again because he did not enjoy the experience.

"I've had my fair share of fun. I tried acid, once. But I think it had been watered down or something. So it wasn't apparently, what it was supposed to have been. But I do remember lying outside in Mexico, where it happened. There was a tree outside and suddenly the limbs of the tree became frogs handing upside down. That was understandably, the last time I did that. But yeah, I danced with the frog devil."

However, the How I Met Your Mother actor - who works in TV, film and on stage - admits he is a very lucky person because he gets to enjoy a career he loves in various formats: "I'm on of the luckiest people around these days. Not only do I get to act in a TV show that I love, as a hilarious character, but I now get to dabble in big movies."
