It’s time once again to congratulate those celebrities entering into parenthood:
John Travolta: Some good and bad news for the Travoltas this week. Yesterday, it was reported that two of the family’s dogs were killed in an airport accident last Thursday in Maine. Now, John and wife Kelly Preston have revealed that they are expecting their third child. This announcement comes over a year after their 16-year-old son Jett died following a seizure. The Old Dogs stars also have a 10-year-old girl named Ella Bleu.
Drew Lachey: It’s a boy for the former 98 Degrees singer and his wife. Drew and Lea, who are already parents to a 4-year-old girl named Isabella Claire, introduced Hudson Nicholas to the family on May 15. Their son’s middle name is taken from Drew’s brother, Nick.
Amy Adams: The Academy Award nominee is now mother to a Junebug of her own. Adams and Darren Legallo said hello to daughter Aviana Olea Legallo over the weekend. The 7-lb. baby is the first for the Julie & Julia star and her fiance.
Claudia Schiffer: Can you “Guess” the name Claudia Schiffer will name choose for her new baby? On May 14, the model gave birth to a daughter - her third child with producer/director Matthew Vaughn. The couple, married since 2002, already have one boy (Caspar) and one girl (Clementine). UPDATE: The baby was named “Cosima May.”
Chris Daughtry: The American Idol contestant will soon be going “Home” to a full house. The musician and his wife have just announced that they are anticipating the birth of twins. The babies, conceived via IVF, are being carried by surrogate. Chris and Deanna are already parents to a boy and a girl.
Will Kirby: The reality TV star served as both doctor and father in the delivery room on May 10. The Big Brother contestant and real-life dermatologist welcomed son Cash Kirby, his first child with fiancee Erin Brodie. Brodie, another reality personality, previously appeared in Seasons 1 and 2 of For Love or Money.
Paulina Rubio: The Mexican singer/actress hit her Twitter account to share some exciting news with her fans. “Life has a new meaning… guys, I want to confess with great excitement your going to be aunts/uncles!!! I am going to be a mom!!!! Love u all- P” Rubio wrote. This will be the first child for Paulina and Nicolas Vallejo Najera, her husband of three years.
Bethenny Frankel: It’s time to raise your Skinnygirl Margarita to toast the arrival of Bryn Hoppy, Bethenny’s first child with husband Jason Hoppy. The premature lady was born on May 8, about a month earlier than expected. Bryn weighed in at just under 5 pounds.
Isla Fisher: Although the Wedding Crashers star has not yet confirmed a pregnancy, Isla’s growing belly has said it all. Fisher, who is already mother to 2 1/2-year-old Olive, is now carrying her second child with Sacha Baron Cohen. The two were officially married earlier this year.
Jen Schefft: The future is looking quite rosy for the former Bachelorette beauty. Schefft - who was previously engaged to Andrew Firestone - is expecting her first child with Joe Waterman. The soon-to-be parents, married last May, should be meeting their baby in November.
