Ashley Judd and her husband Dario FranchittiAshley Judd and her estranged husband Dario Franchitti had a turbulent marriage.

The Dolphin Tale actress and the Scottish racing driver recently decided to end their 11-year union but according to friends, the split was not a huge shock. 'They can be having a drink or dinner and all of a sudden sparks will fly, and they will be fighting over something that was said in their group of friends. Then it would stop and everything was fine between them," a source told people.

However, some pals were surprised as they believed Ashley, 44, and Dario, 39, who got engaged in December 1999 and married in December 2001, at Skibo Castle, near Dornoch, Scotland, were happy together because she was always so supportive of his career. Another insider added, "When he was introduced, or got a good pole position she yelled and waved her hands in the air and was there to support him in a big way. He is not that outgoing but it seemed cute and like a nice thing for a high-profile actress to be so there for her husband."

John Mayer and Katy PerryJohn Mayer wants to move in with Katy Perry. Although the 35-year-old lothario owns bachelor pads in Montana and Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley, he has scheduled meetings with estate agents so he and Katy, 28, can get their own place together.

"He always insisted he needed his own place to make music but clearly that's changed. Now he mostly hangs out at Katy's place in LA," a source told People.

While the duo were initially reluctant to go public with their relationship, they are now serious and want the work to know. She's played her cards perfectly. They really do bring out the best in each other. It wouldn't surprise me at all if he proposed," a friend of the musician said.

Penelope Cruz and Javier BardemPenelope Cruz is reportedly pregnant.

The All The Pretty Horses actress and her Skyfall actor husband Javier Bardem are thought to be expecting a sibling for their two-year-old son Leonardo, according to the New York Post's Page Six.

The couple - who had been friends for years - started dating in 2007 and married in early July 2010 in an intimate ceremony at a friend's home in the Bahamas. Penelope, 43, has previously spoken out about how motherhood has transformed her life: "From the first second, you feel so much love. It is a revolutionary experience. That's the best way I can describe it. It transforms you completely, in a second. Nature is very wise and gives you nine months to prepare, but in that moment, when you see that face, you are transformed forever."

She is also determined to keep her kids out of the public eye, despite hers and 43-year-old Javier's successful careers. "I want my son and my kids - if I have more - to grow up in a way that is as anonymous as possible. The fact that his father and I have chosen to do the work we do doesn't give anybody the right to invade our privacy," she explained.

Amanda BynesAmanda Bynes has been forced to move out of her New York apartment, after being threatened with eviction.

The troubled former actress has reportedly been called a "disrespectful rule-breaker" by her landlord after complaints from the other tenants. According to gossip website TMZ, "Amanda got a letter from building management earlier this month explaining that her lease would be terminated ... because she's a building nuisance."

Amanda has had a series of legal troubles in the past few months and in December settled two hit-and-run cases after reaching a civil compromise with her victims, saving herself from a potential 12 months in jail. "Amanda Bynes was able to reach a civil compromise in both of her hit-and run-cases. The two separate victims agreed to dismiss the charges after a financial settlement was reached with both... There really is no need to pursue legal charges because damage to their respective vehicles was paid for. Julianne MooreGay marriage is "important" to Julianne Moore. The 52-year-old A Single Man actress is an avid human rights activist and sees herself as a "feminist" when it comes to her strong views on equality.

"Oh, yeah, absolutely [I'm a feminist]. At one point, 'feminist' became a pejorative term. How did that happen? If you're a feminist, you're basically saying you're a humanist. That's why the issue of gay marriage is so important to me. It's about everybody having the same shot at everything, at work, at marriage, at life."

Julianne - who recently took home the Best Actress in a Television Film Golden Globe for her role in Game Change - is also a mother of two to Caleb, 15, and 10-year-old Liv with husband Bart Freundlich and she loves how supportive her children are of her awards: "What's so sweet is, they're old enough now to have seen me nominated and lose a few times, but kids generally have a lot invested in people winning. They're always saying, 'Did you win?' And I'll say, 'No, but it's ok, I still had fun, it's an honor to be nominated.' The last time I lost a Globe, my daughter made me one in art class. In fact, I think she made me a Bafta as well, because I lost there that year, too."

Ben Affleck and his kidsBen Affleck doesn't want his children to become celebrities.

The Argo star - who has three children, Violet, seven, Seraphina, four, and 11-month-old Samuel, with his actress wife Jennifer Garner - has admitted he doesn't want them to work in Hollywood because he already thinks they are exposed too much.

"I would do whatever I could to discourage that. My kids have enough issues of being exposed in ways that I don't want them to be exposed, in magazines and shows and stuff," he said.

However the actor admitted that when his children get older, he will support them if they are interested in learning more about acting: "You know, if you're interested in drama, there's great theatre classes and stuff and that's what's appropriate."
