Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries faked their televised marriage proposal.
The former couple - who have been fighting about how to legally end their 72-day marriage since October 2011 - re-shot scenes of the 28-year-old basketball player popping the question to the reality TV star because she didn't like how she looked during his original proposal, according to a deposition given by Russell Jay, who is producer on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, ahead of their divorce trial.
According to a transcript of the deposition - obtained by Life & Style magazine - Kim was "completely surprise"' by Kris' first proposal and asked for the scene to be filmed again because "she didn't like how her face looked in the first take."
Russell also claimed that a scene where Kim confessed to her mother, Kris Jenner, that she was having trouble in her marriage was actually shot after she filed for divorce, and that another scene which saw the then-couple argue after Kris had a hotel party with girls while Kim was supposed to be out of town was also "faked" and that she was actually present the entire time.

Demi Moore thinks that a baby would have saved her marriage to Ashton Kutcher.
The 50-year-old actress is still heartbroken over her split from the Two and a Half Men actor and is reportedly convinced having a child with the 35-year-old hunk would have stopped him from cheating.
"Ashton wanted a child from day one, and Demi knew he would make an amazing father after seeing how great he was with her girls. Sadly though, time wasn't on Demi's side, and she was never able to fulfill his baby wish. Demi believes in her heart that if they had had a child together, there wouldn't be a divorce going on right now. She thinks if there had been a baby at home Ashton wouldn't have been out partying with friends, and he wouldn't have had the chance to cheat on her," a source said.
Demi is now seeking spousal support from Ashton - who is currently dating Oz the Great and Powerful actress Mila Kunis - and the brunette beauty has filed papers demanding a large financial settlement, 16 months after their separation in 2011.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Split?

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have reportedly split.
The couple - who have been dating since 2009 but separated twice in 2010 - have reportedly gone their separate ways after the former Hannah Montana star's partying ways became a "problem" for the Hunger Games actor.
"Miley and Liam are done; it's over. She likes to party really hard and can be pretty wild. It became a problem for him," one source said.
Another source added to the New York Post, "They have broken up before, and are broken up again now. There was drama because she suspected he had a wandering eye. And she recently tweeted a denial that he cheated. While Miley has insisted they are still together, right now they are very, very much apart."
Liam - who proposed to the 20-year-old singer-and-actress last March - recently flew back to his native Australia to escape his problems and spend time with his brother Chris Hemsworth and the actor's family, wife Elsa Pataky and nine-month-old daughter India Rose.

Adele is planning to move to Los Angeles.
The British singer - who has five-month-old son Angelo with fiance Simon Konecki - rented Paul McCartney's home in the US city when she was preparing for her performance at the Oscars last month but is now said to be looking for a more permanent base in the city to raise her little boy.
"Adele can see the benefits of bringing up a child in the US. They can be outside, enjoying the weather and loving life out of the spotlight. Los Angeles is a great place for children to grow up and she intends on working a lot more with a new album. She could afford to put a studio in her house. That way she could beaver away on new music without having to worry," a source said.
The "Someone Like You" hitmaker is said to be taking house-hunting advice from her friend Ayda Field and her husband, pop star Robbie Williams.

Bradley Cooper Smitten with British Model

Bradley Cooper has invited Suki Waterhouse to visit him in Los Angeles.
The 38-year-old Silver Linings Playbook star - who split from actress Zoe Saldana for the second time late last year - has reportedly asked the 20-year-old British model to fly over for a second date with him after he became smitten with her when they met at the Elle Style Awards in London last month.
"Bradley has been texting Suki every day since they met. He wants her to come to Los Angeles and visit him; he's intrigued by her and she's very interested in him. Suki had so much fun with Bradley when he was in the UK and wants to hang out with him again in the States. They've pencilled in a date for when she can come over and they can spend some time together. Bradley wanted to arrange something before he starts promoting The Hangover Part III, which will take up a lot of his time. Until then, they will just have to bide their time," a source said.

James Franco has been accused of disrupting a neighborhood by running a film company from his home.
The 34-year-old actor has angered residents in Silver Lake, Los Angeles, after he purchased a house there last summer but reportedly failed to move there, instead leaving it for the use of his production workers, who block locals' driveways with their vans.
In a complaint obtained by real estate blog LA.curbed.com, the residents wrote, "At first [we] were pleased to have Mr. Franco living next door. His work in Milk and his academic pursuits made us happy he was on our street. That is no longer the case. If, in fact, Mr. Franco has purchased the house next door, it does not appear to be inhabited by the actor; it does appear to be inhabited by several people who are working for him. The property has become a production house. In fact, Iris, who works for the actor, informed me that they are running production from the house. Iris basically informed me they could do whatever they want on their property. Really? Running a production of such impact and magnitude in a residential area doesn't violate any zoning restrictions? Are there no limits to the kinds of businesses one can run?"

Jennifer Aniston is planning a "fresh start" by changing her name.
The 44-year-old actress - who is engaged to Justin Theroux - is said to be discussing with her team the implications of using her married name in her professional life once she ties the knot as she hopes it will finally signal the end of her "unlucky-in-love" image.
"Jen has been consulting her therapist and management team about the implications of becoming Jennifer Theroux professionally. 'Jennifer Aniston' has become the poster girl for the 'unlucky-in-love girl next door who got dumped by Brad Pitt. Jen feels her name is no longer her own, but synonymous with a whole heap of baggage associated with her personal life. She wants a fresh start and she also wants the world to know how madly in love she is with Justin," a source said.
Jennifer is considering the impact changing her name could have on her earning potential, but those close to her believe a different moniker won't matter as she is so famous already.

If Amanda Bynes' recent erratic behavior is all an act - à la I'm Still Here - then she definitely has us fooled.
The former Nickelodeon child star has just unveiled her latest meltdown moment on Twitter, looking unrecognizable on the mini-blogging site.
With nothing more than a "Wink 😉" caption attached to the photo, the 26 year-old has fans doing a double-take with her new look, which comes complete with a cheek piercing, vampiric manicure, and a good five pounds of eye makeup.
The actress - who was last in the tabloids over possibly getting evicted from her New York home - gave no indication nor explanation for her drastic new look. She did, however, hint at love life issues: "If it is meant to be, our hearts will find each other when we meet. And if our hearts melt together so will our bodies and souls."

Stephen Baldwin to Avoid Prison in Tax Case

Stephen Baldwin is set to agree a deal over an alleged unpaid $350,000 tax bill.
The 46-year-old actor is accused of failing to pay income tax in Rockland County, 15 miles northwest of Manhattan, for the years 2008, 2009 and 2010 but his attorney Russell Yankwitt says he will avoid prison and get up to five years to pay back the money owed, according to Fox News.
He added that under the deal, Stephen will plead guilty this month to a tax felony and if he manages to pay the money back in one year, his record will be wiped clean.
Stephen's arrest for tax evasion in December came six months after a court rejected the born-again Christian's claim that he and a friend missed out on a lucrative contract with oil company BP thanks to Kevin Costner and his business partner in oil cleanup, Patrick Smith.
