Eric Roberts, Julia’s Brother, to Join Celebrity Rehab Cast

UPDATE: According to Eric and his wife, the actor is seeking treatment for marijuana addiction.
Eric Roberts, older brother to Hollywood A-lister Julia Roberts, has joined the cast of Celebrity Rehab. Reports have surfaced that the actor, 54, has moved into the Pasadena Recovery Center where the show is filmed.
It’s not known what Eric, who was arrested in 1987 for possession of cocaine, is currently getting help for. Roberts’ rehab roomie, Jeremy London, calls him “an incredible person.”
Roberts, in addition to being Julia’s brother, is the father of Emma Roberts, 19, who starred in Nancy Drew among other films.
His film credits include The Dark Knight and Witless Protection. He can also be seen next month in The Expendables with Sylvester Stallone.
