Megan Fox is the Host With the Most

So the sources were true—Megan Fox will indeed be hosting the season premiere of Saturday Night Live.

In the promo clips for the show, which airs on NBC this Saturday night at 11 p.m., Fox jokes with SNL cast member Andy Samberg (focusing yet again on all of the “hot” jokes surrounding the Transformers star).

At one point, Samberg tells Megan, “God, you are so beautiful,” to which she realizes he was talking about a guy standing next to her.

Hayden Panettiere and Masi Oka Talk Heroes Season 4

Heroes favorites Masi Oka and Hayden Panettiere took some time out to talk about the upcoming season, specifically what’s going on with Hiro and Claire’s new college roommate.

Last we saw our favorite Japanese villain-fighter extraordinaire, he wasn’t faring too well with fighting off a sickness he acquired. Oka elaborated on his character’s hardship:

“Hiro let someone into his world. The first time he stopped time while touching someone—in that case, it was Ando—that was first time he froze time with someone else in that freeze-time world. That was started the adverse effect in Hiro’s brain. The power is meant to have a capacity of one. When you start adding Ando, Suresh, and other people into that world, it just a strain that’s put on Hiro’s brain.”

Oka also revealed that the dynamic between Ando and Hiro changes when Ando marries Hiro’s sister and harnesses his powers, “It always changes, but once Ando got his powers, it was more equal footing. It wasn’t more of a Batman and Robin; it became more of a Batman and Superman. There’s something to be said to be said about the familiarity of the characters and what the audience wants and expects, but we want the characters to grow.”

Daily Show Video Archive Online

Daily Show fans, rejoice! Since fans couldn’t get their fill of The Daily Show on YouTube, they can now visit a site dedicated to the show, called (aptly enough) DailyShow.com. And, while the site excludes the earliest years when Craig Kilborn played host, you can visit and see every tasty bit of the show during Jon Stewart’s reign. The site just went live today, and I’ve already checked it out and, dare I say, I feel all warm and fuzzy inside. You’ve got to see it and relive the glory days of Colbert, Stewart and Carell. Good times, with more than 16,000 video clips to choose from the past nine years. Yep, I could probably spend a good chunk of my free time over there reminiscing about the good times. And for fans of “Craigers” (Kilborn, that is), it’s expected that those clips may be up in 2008. I think Jon Stewart is the bomb, but it would be fun to see those old Kilborn episodes too. And, if you missed the previous night’s episode, the home page will feature clips there so you can stay up to date on all your Daily Show news. A helpful timeline of clips, plus search tools and tags by celebrity or correspondent should make searching for your favorite clips a bit easier.
