was stunning in a long black evening gown finished with a fabric flower. This elegant and age-appropriate gown was definitely a winner on the evening.

It’s difficult to know why someone with ‘s looks and money would wear a frock that looks like plastic. This shiny getup was too short, too frilly, too bright and too young for the hotel heiress. This dress might be suited to some occasions - the red carpet is not one of them.
