Motte making moves up the food chain

The St. Louis Cardinals have a stellar closer not named Ryan Franklin, but you won’t see him closing games regularly for a while still. His name is Jason Motte, and he’s one of the best setup men throwing in baseball right now. The 27-year old hurler has spent his entire career with the Cards, and is one of the few pitchers in baseball to have been called up once and never been handed a return ticket to Triple A.
