Samsung and Bang & Olufsen Bring Calmness with Serene
Posted by Sheila Franklin Categories: Smartphones
Samsung and Bang & Olufsen have teamed together to develop the Serene Mobile Phone, giving a gift to those of us that are all thumbs. At dimensions of 65 x 70 x 24 mm and a weight of 110g, this clamshell is composed of 2 equal parts, a display and speaker with “discreet” air holes on the upper shell, and a thumb-operated keypad which surrounds a navigation wheel on the bottom. When you want to use the Serene for meetings, simply place it on a table and reverse the 2.1-inch screen. You can talk for up to three hours or stay on standby for up to 250 hours.
Choose either portrait or landscape orientation with a camera conveniently placed at the side of its anodised aluminum hitch, thereby offering a 90º angle. DECT compatibilty allows you to share an address book between your Serene and landline yet still maintain a separate one for just the mobile phone. If you are weary of traditional ringtones that make you want to scream, there are also 3 diffent ringtones (steel, bronze, and wood) that definitely spell out serenity. Take a visit online to test Serene for yourself, and get more information on pricing and availability in your area.
