Netgear Mass Storage Center

With file sharing at an all time high, Netgear has created a brand new toy. This isn’t for sharing over internet (per say), but it does make it a lot easier to share the files you’ve downloaded between computers on your network.  Netgear’s Storage Central allows you to place any 2 IDE hard-drives into it and plug the unit into your router.  Since you’re plugging this into the router it will show up on your computer as a network drive.  This is a great solution to backing up your files for easy restore. The unit costs $129.99 and should be available in a month or so.
