Judge Finds Ex Bashing Site Out of Jurisdiction

Last June, Pennsylvanian Todd Hollis filed a suit against Floridian Tasha Cunningham and her site DontDateHimGirl because he said it posted negative comments about him without proper fact checking. He is also suing other posters that he claims commented on his sexuality and ability to pay child support. Allegheny County Judge R. Wettick Jr. said that he had no jurisdiction because Ms. Cunningham resides in another state.
The site has tripled in size to 27,000 profiles since the lawsuit has was filed. Cunningham calls it “a new cost-effective weapon in the war on cheating men.” We call it airing your dirty laundry and will keep our eye on the subject to see if public man-bashing will be outlawed in a higher court in the weeks to come.
