Fujifilm FinePix S3 Pro UVIRIf you’re looking for a little CSI action in your life, you may be interested in the digital SLR announced today by Fujifilm. The new FinePix S3 Pro UVIR is reportedly the world’s first production D-SLR camera which can take photos in the ultraviolet and infrared light spectrums.

The Fujifilm FinePix S3 Pro UVIR, which is targeted towards the law enforcement investigation field, comes with a live CCD previewing feature, which enables manual focusing while dark filters are attached to the lens as well as pre-capture verification. This camera also has a double photodiode (6.17 million S-pixels and 6.17 million R-pixels) Super CCD SR II image sensor with high signal to noise ratio and is priced at $1,799.95. It will be available in September.
