One way to get discounted printed comics is to actually work for a comic book store. And there's at least one job available.
G2K Games in Abingdon, Virginia is looking for an Assistant Store Manager. You'll be responsible for helping the Store Manager in every aspect of the store operation: "merchandising, inventory control, staff development, driving sales, ensuring company policies and procedures are followed in addition to providing exceptional customer service." You'll need a high School diploma or equivalent, and will need to be at least 18-years-old.
And, of course, a love of comics and/or video games is preferable.
Good luck, job seekers!

It looks like Apple is prepping a small upgrade to iCloud.com with the introduction of iOS-style banner alerts. As you can see in the image above, a test banner was accidentally pushed out to some users. This will likely replace the pop-up window alerts that Apple currently uses on the iCloud web client. Pebble wristwatch picks up Bluetooth 4.0 after massive demand

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Wearables, Wireless / WiFi,
Allerta, the group behind the Pebble Bluetooth watch that became an overnight Kickstarter sensation, has announced that due to overwhelming demand, the watch will be compatible with Bluetooth 4.0. If you scour the comments on the Pebble Kickstarter page, you'll notice Bluetooth 4.0 requests by the plenty. We figured it was just too late in the game to switch around the design of a watch that's slated to ship so soon, but the company says that Bluetooth 4.0 inclusion was on the list for a while, and therefore, the decision won't affect the ship date at all. That said, when the Pebble watch does ship, it'll be Bluetooth 2.1 out of the gate, with the Bluetooth 4.0 module being activated later through a software update that'll be available to all.
