Twinkle is a great client! I have the iPod Touch and some of my friends told me about Twinkle but I’ve been so busy to check it out.

very nice, clean interface to your twitter account—I like how it somewhat follows the pattern that the iPhone uses for contact lists, and contains useful status update information on that main screen

I tried twinkle on my iPod Touch firmware 1.1.3 and it works well! Although I don’t use twitter much it was interesting seeing what other people were twittering. This app is one of the best apps for the iPod/iPhone. It was featured in Installer too.
