PREVIEW: Nicola Formichetti for Thierry Mugler

Behold -- the first look at Nicola Formichetti's first collection as creative director of Thierry Mugler. Cue angelic music.

Okay, okay, so Paris Men's Fashion Week is only a week away, but who can resist when the label preys upon our internet generation's insatiable hunger for images?

Especially when you put out a creepy, weird photo like this one. He may have Gareth Pugh running for his money! Trying quelling any and all thoughts related to Lady Gaga and let me know what you think.

Mulleavy Sisters Guest Edit Lula Issue, Style Kirsten Dunst

Charlotte Gainsbourg on LulaDespite the high pressure demands of designing their Rodarte line, Kate and Laura Mulleavy somehow managed to both design costumes for Black Swan and guest edit next month's issue of Lula!

In the Fall/Winter 2010 issue -- on newsstands now -- the creative duo styled a Kirsten Dunst editorial shot by their friend Autumn de Wilde, designed Charlotte Gainsbourg's cover dress, and cajoled Tavi Gevinson and Sofia Coppola to contribute to the fashion mag.

The magazine also includes behind-the-scenes shots of Natalie Portman in Black Swan designs, which show more of the intricacies the sisters are known for that were lost somewhat in the film. Nan Goldin shoots the main editorial featuring Gainsbourg, which was styled by Leith Clark.

All in all, the few previews of the magazine that are out (seen after the jump) are sure to please any Rodarte/Mulleavy fan (or anyone who adores fashion, anyway!).

Items Du Jour: Marion Covers Vogue, Megan Fox Strips for Cameras, Miley Gets Ear Ink

Marion Cotillard on July's Vogue—Although Megan Fox has been busy with promotional work for Jonah Hex, the people over at Armani didn’t want us to forget that the brunette actress is still their lingerie model. Piggybacking

In light of her publicity, the group has released one of her ads, expected to appear in major cities around July.

—French actress Marion Cotillard graces the July cover of Vogue looking fabulous (when doesn’t she?).

—Katy Perry’s Daisy Dukes from her “California Gurls” video have been the talk of the town lately. You’re easily able to snatch up a pair of the Diesel shorts for $160 a pop; however, you’ll have to glue the crystals yourself. Oh, the pitfalls of not being famous…

—Everyone’s favorite teen mess singer Miley Cyrus got a new tattooon her ear. It reads, “Love.”

—Mark Fast’s Topshop collection doesn’t hit stores until July 7th, but at least we can take a look at the dresses ahead of time.

Preview Ready-to-Wear 6126

Lindsay Lohan's 6126 line

While Lindsay Lohan offered up a nice peak at her 6126 line’s handbags, a more complete view of the ready-to-wear apparel has hit the internet.

Leather, fur, lace, thigh-high boots, and neutral shades dominate the line, which features LiLo herself (big surprise there). Additionally, you’ll be able to spot a younger Lohan in the photos (after the jump) as well as a hunky shirtless guy. The line is cute, but there’s nothing in the line that I couldn’t get at Forever 21 or . If you still want to snag a few of these pieces, you’ll unfortunately have to wait until this fall.

First Look: Lady Gaga’s Bad Romance Video

Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Celebrities, News, Videos,

In a quick, 30-second glance at Lady Gaga‘s music video for “Bad Romance,” the fashionista takes to a white bodysuit with a built-in Burger King crown that covers her entire body, save her lips. Kinda creepy.

Miss Gaga seems to have taken a liking to bodysuits; at least the one in the video appears to cover all her parts properly. We also get to see her face sans makeup and/or masks in some shots!

Alexander Wang Designs Very Masculine Menswear

Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Fashion Designers, Videos, Men,

Alexander Wang posted a sneak peek video of his upcoming men’s line, and let’s just say that they do not look too different from those egregious Bod commercials from back in the day.

I admire his determination in creating a collection that non-flamboyant, more conservative men could wear; however, it wouldn’t be hard to shop this look at your local Wal-Mart. Please, please, please, Alex, say it isn’t so.
