"Her diet plans has been built around very small portions and very high energy training for short periods of time, but frequently. Banned are dairy and carbs. On the agenda is a lot of coconut water, herbal teas, tofu, celery, oily fish and small amounts of low fat cheese. But the major key to this is only hand size portions of every meal and five small meals a day," a source said.

Naomi Campbell Never Diets

Naomi CampbellNaomi Campbell has never struggled with her weight.

The 42-year-old British supermodel - who mentors aspiring models on new show The Face - has never had to rely on diet or exercise to stay slim and she loves to eat good food.

"I don't really know about weight or age. Weight was never something that was part of my time and I worked everyday. I've never struggled with weight and I think food is pleasurable," she said.

But she admits she is "still blessed to be working" in such a competitive industry and thinks up and coming models need to be prepared to stand out to get noticed as they have a lot of competition from actresses when it comes to landing campaigns and magazine covers: "You're up against a lot of girls going for the same job, and they only want a selected few, so you really do have to have something outstanding to catch their eye. In general the world is more competitive these days and there is no real preparation, so it's definitely harder to book the cover of a magazine. It's definitely harder to book in advertising, because they don't just use models anymore."

"I have an exceptionally small waist for my body shape and size, so I can fit into garments that even supermodels can't," she said.

However, Kelly's least favorite body part is just below, as she doesn't like her thighs. Asked for her least favorite body part, she added, "It's probably my thighs. I look at other girls and they have matchstick legs, but mine have always been toned and muscular."

The 27-year-old star has sported a much trimmer figure in recent years, which she credits to changing her diet for good, rather than dieting. "If you want to live healthily you have to make a life change and stop doing certain things. Otherwise you starve yourself and as soon as you get to your goal weight you go back to eating the way you were before and put it all back on. You have to commit," she explained.

Lady GagaLady Gaga blames her father's restaurant for her recent weight gain.

The "Bad Romance" singer has put on 25lbs recently and says it's because the food at her father Joe Germanotta's New York eatery is so delicious, she can't help tucking in to pizza and pasta every time she visits.

"I love eating pasta and I'm a New York Italian girl. That's why I have been staying out of New York. My father opened a restaurant. It's so amazing... it's so freaking delicious, but I'm telling you I gain five pounds every time I go there. So my dad wants me to eat at the restaurant, and I'm like, 'I've got to go where I can drink green juice,'" she said, speaking about the restaurant.

Gaga, whose weight has fluctuated in the past, insists she is happy with her new curves although she is "dieting right now, because I gained, like, 25 pounds." She said, "I really don't feel bad about it, not even for a second. It's hard because I have a vigorous show, so I tend to bulk up, get muscular, and I really don't like that. So I'm trying to find a new balance."

Eva Green Gets Depressed by Diets

Eva GreenEva Green gets "depressed" if she is on a diet. The Dark Shadows actress was once told she had to lose weight for a role, but found going on an all-soup eating plan made her miserable and she couldn't do it again.

"Before my first film, the casting director asked me to lose some weight, saying, 'On screen you're going to look much fatter.' I started drinking soups and then I was like, 'I can't do it, I can't go on a diet.' It's hell, it makes you very depressed - food is so important to me. I couldn't go on."

Eva admits she feels like an "ugly duckling" in Hollywood, but would not undergo cosmetic surgery to improve how she felt about herself: "It's not all about physique and how beautiful you look. In this business actors who have Botox or surgery make you very aware of age. It's awful. In Los Angeles, I feel like the ugly duckling, like I'm from Venus or something."
