Kim Kardashian Sniffing Out Unisex Scent

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Celebrities,

DescriptionAlthough recently debuted her self-titled perfume, she is already planning a new scent. This time around, she may co-design it with boyfriend Reggie Bush.

“Reggie and I have talked about doing a fragrance together - something that is kind of unisex,” Kardashian revealed.

However, when asked which of her scents Reggie prefers, the 29-year-old said: “He just likes my natural sexiness. He likes my natural scent.”

Kim, who wore a black PVC dress to her fragrance launch, reprised the look later in the week when she donned a black PVC corset over a grey dress to launch a collection designed by sisters Kourtney and Khloe for fashion chain bebe. “Heading to the bebe show! Can’t wait for u guys to see this hoodie dress w/ leather corset I have on! Dope! (sic)” she tweeted.

The range, which is available this month in bebe stores in the U.S, consists of basic jerseys, fitted blazers and leather separates.

Lindsay Lohan Scores Another Fashion Gig

Lindsay Lohan's jewelry mysteriously went missing from this Elle shootUPDATE: Pascal Mouawad tells WWD that the collaboration is “not happening.” Oops on Lindsay!

In extremely troubling and mind-boggling fashion news, Lindsay Lohan has actually been hired for another fashion gig, this time in the jewelry department.

Aside from the fact that fashion designer Emanuel Ungaro slammed Lohan for sucking his former house of its soul, did we all forget about those few photo shoot instances where jewelry went missing? I daresay that she’s got some convincing people working for her!

Word around the fashion town says that the hard partying starlet is teaming up with Pascal Mouawad to design a jewelry line for Bebe (first the Kardashian sisters, now Lindsay!). Mouawad recently aided Nicole Richie with her own jewelery collection for the San Francisco-based retailer—one would think that they’d spread these things out.

“Pascal and I are actually working together, we’re doing something with a friend who owns bebe. We’re doing a collection for them and we’re also going to be doing some other things,” Lindsay dished.

Can Mouawad help this poor soul who has clearly lost track of her career path?

Nicole Richie Designs Jewelry for Bebe

Nicole Richie with her baby museNicole Richie is jumping on the Kardashian sisters’ bandwagon, creating a credit-crunch friendly jewelery collection for Bebe.

The reality TV star - who recently gave birth to her second child, Sparrow James Midnight Madden, and has a 21-month-old daughter Harlow with partner Joel Madden - has managed to find time to produce an exclusive collection of House of Harlow 1960 jewels for the retail chain’s online store.

The jewelery - which comes at an affordable price, with items ranging from $38 - has a hippy vibe and is in a similar style to her fashion line, House of Harlow 1960. The 28-year-old socialite also teamed up with the retailer to create a $25 bracelet where a percentage of the sales will go to the Richie-Madden Children’s Foundation, which helps bring more opportunities to disadvantaged children around the world.

The jewelery line will be launched and sold on Bebe.com starting November 12.

Richie recently launched her own womenswear label Winter Kate - taking inspiration from daughter Harlow’s middle names - and spoke of her desire to make fashion accessible for everyone: “That was my philosophy when designing House of Harlow 1960, and it remains my philosophy for Winter Kate.”

Kardashian Sisters Design Bebe Line

Khloe and Kim Kardashian with Bebe founder Manny MashoufAs if the world didn’t have enough celebrity clothing lines, the Kardashian trio have decided to follow the trend and create clothes, too.

With their plans to design for Bebe’s Spring/Summer ‘10 collection, everyone will have the chance to look like a Kardashian at a fraction of the cost.

“Kourtney, Khloe and I are designing for Bebe! This is honestly a dream come true! We have always loved fashion and have wanted to design for such a long time and now we finally are! I love Bebe and wear their clothes all the time so I cant wait for our collections to come out in the spring! You guys are going to love what we’ve come up with!” Kim wrote on her blog.

To me, this makes entirely more sense than Miley Cyrus for Wal-Mart.

Let’s just hope that CEO and founder Manny Mashouf will allow them to use better, more suitable materials than what I’m used to seeing in Bebe stores. Many women, I’m sure, are willing to spend the $120 on a dress, so long as one at Forever 21 doesn’t look better designed than it. I digress.
