Mimi O'Donnell and Philip Seymour HoffmanPhilip Seymour Hoffman left his $35 million fortune to Mimi O'Donnell.

The Capote star, who was found dead in his apartment in New York City on February 2 from an apparent heroin overdose, named his estranged partner and the mother of his three children, Cooper, 10, Tallulah, seven, and five-year-old Willa, as the sole beneficiary of his estate.

A source told gossip website TMZ.com that the Oscar-winning actor wrote his will in 2004 before the birth of his daughters, and he also expressed a desire for his son to be raised in Manhattan so he could be exposed to the city's culture, arts and architecture. The 46-year-old star also named Chicago and San Francisco as back-up places for Cooper to grow-up if his original request was impossible, and asked that his son visit both cities at least twice a year for cultural purposes.

The Hunger Games actor reportedly fell off the wagon in 2012 after being sober for more than 20 years and he entered rehab in May 2013.

Bobbi Kristina attending her mother's funeralWhitney Houston has left everything in her will to her daughter, Bobbi Kristina.

The legendary singer - who was found lifeless in a bathtub in her Beverly Hilton Hotel suite on February 11 - has willed her entire estate, including all of her money, cars, furniture and other personal effects, to her 19-year-old daughter.

According to a 19-page court document obtained by Inside Edition, the will was first set up in 1993, but later amended in 2000 - when she was still married to Bobby Brown - and while the singer is mentioned in the will, he will receive nothing.

The money will be placed in a trust until Bobbi Kristina turns 21 in 2014, when she will receive a chunk of her inheritance. A further portion will then be obtained on her 25th birthday, with the final segment delivered when she hits the age of 30.

Whitney Houston’s Son To Get Money

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Music, Obituaries, Rumors,

Whitney Houston with her son Nick and daughter Bobbi KristinaWhitney Houston's secret "son" is set to get a share of her $31 million fortune.

The 48-year-old singer - who died two weeks ago - took Nick Gordon into her home in Atlanta, Georgia, when he was a youngster to save him from his troubled background and while she never officially adopted him, she thought of him as her own. Nick, 22 - who would call Whitney "Mom" - also became like a brother to the "I Will Always Love You" hitmaker's 18-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina.

And although Whitney - who battled drink and drug addiction - blew most of her fortune, she is believed to have left $31 million, and her family say Nick will get a share.

"Nick was family, she loved him as much as any mother could love a child. If he is not written into her will and everything goes to Bobbi then it will only be because it was written before she took Nick into her family. If that's the case, Bobbi will make sure Nick is taken care of because it's what her mom would have wanted and he's like a brother," a source told The Sun.
