Charlie SheenCharlie Sheen has donated $25,000 to a Philippines aid charity.

The Anger Management actor has reportedly given the money to the PREDA Foundation, an organization working to help those affected by the typhoon in the country. According to website TMZ, Charlie's donation will be used to provide food for shelters set up for those who lost their homes in the natural disaster, as well as to locate missing children.

The generous act comes after the former Two and a Half Men star donated $10,000 to another good cause earlier this month. After Casey Jones, a crew member on Anger Management, put up a poster asking for donations for The Walk To End Epilepsy, the actor instantly wrote out a check to help the fight against the disease, which Casey's grandson Dylan was diagnosed with when he was three years old.

Kanye West and Kim KardashianKim Kardashian is selling her clothes on eBay to help the victims of Typhoon Haiyan.

The Keeping up with the Kardashians star has put a selection of items on the auction site in order to raise money for the non-profit organization International Medical Corps to help victims of the devastating cyclone, which has killed more than 4,000 people in the Philippines this month.

However, instead of donating the entire proceeds, she's only giving 10 per cent of the sales to the charity.

The 33-year-old beauty - who has a reported net worth of $65 million - took to her Twitter page yesterday to share the link to her personal website. "Hi guys, this is a very special auction because a portion of the proceeds of my eBay auction are going to International Medical Corps, a nonprofit organization that provides critical health services on remote islands where families are struggling to access medical care and basic resources like food, clean drinking water and vital medications. The proceeds will go directly to the communities they're serving in the Philippines and will help typhoon survivors get access to medical care and ultimately save lives. My prayers and thoughts are with those affected by the typhoon. Check out my eBay auction here and support those who need our help in the Philippines. Xo. [sic]," she wrote.

Jared Leto Leads Silence for Typhoon Haiyan Victims

Jared LetoJared Leto led a minute's silence at the MTV EMAs for the victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines.

The rocker - whose band 30 Seconds To Mars won the award for Best Alternative act - asked for the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam to be quiet for 60 seconds in remembrance of the estimated 10,000 people killed by the devastating storm which swept across the islands on Friday.

"If we can be part of the solution rather than the problem then that's a wonderful thing and there's a terrible tragedy just affected a great number of people, many people have died, many people are displaced and they are in turmoil right now. So as we celebrate in one part of the world its completely legitimate and appropriate to send an acknowledgement their way. We're in a very fortunate situation right now and the tables can be turned very quickly."

When asked if there should be a benefit for those affected, he added, "I'm not in charge of anything, but if I had my way of course. You help if you can. Obviously we are fortunate to be here and not in some incredible giant storm that's gonna rip our houses and lives away from us. It's nice when people do that, it's solidarity."
