Kylie Jenner Tattoos Lionel Richie’s Son

Kylie Jenner has reportedly tattooed Lionel Richie's son.
The reality starlet made her body art debut on Friday evening in a Hollywood recording studio when she inked her initials on 19-year-old Miles Richie's hand. The 16-year-old brunette was in the studio with her sister Khloe Kardashian and her boyfriend French Montana watching Miles get inked by artist John Petro when she decided to give it a go herself.
In a video obtained by TMZ, a glove-clad Kylie can be seen copying John's hand movements as she tries to pick up the skill.
The gossip site is reporting the LA County Dept. of Public Health has confirmed only those aged 18 and over can administer tattoos, so Kylie could be hit with a fine of up to $1,000. And John - who has tattooed the likes of Soulja Boy and Lil Wayne in the past - could have his license suspended.

Kristen Stewart wants to shave and tattoo her head.
The On The Road actress has to keep her long brunette locks for parts in movies, but if she had her way she'd sport lots of crazy hairstyles and colors and has vowed to cut it all off one day:
"If I wasn't an actor, I would definitely do things to my hair. I would cut it more, I would dye it more. At some point I want to do a total boy cut, completely - not a pretty, girly version - like a straight up James Dean haircut. And then, I'm definitely going to shave my head before I die. I will definitely tattoo my head while it's shaved before my hair grows back. I'm not sure which part, probably the bottom quadrant in the back. I don't know what the tattoo would be, yet. Still thinking."
The 23-year-old actress added she doesn't care whether people like her image, as worrying about other people's opinions can only hinder her art. "As long as I feel solid about my creative choices, people can have whatever image or perception of me that they'd like. You can't think that someone's impression of you is wrong - it's their impression - and, therefore, you really can't worry about it. So many people have developed their impressions based on f***ing bull***t, and you'll never do anything true to yourself, you'll never make the art you want to make," she added.

Zoe Saldana's new husband has tattooed her face on his arm.
The Star Trek Into Darkness actress's beau, Marco Perego, whom she secretly tied the knot with in London in June, was spotted with a large oval portrait on his forearm for the first time, that resembles the 35-year-old beauty's famous face, as they strolled around Beverly Hills on Wednesday.
The couple looked happy and relaxed after enjoying dinner in Dominick's restaurant, according to UsMagazine.com. It was first revealed in September that Zoe, who split from Bradley Cooper in March 2012 after more than a year of dating, married her artist lover in an intimate ceremony over the summer.
The couple began dating in mid-May but have been friends for a long time. "It was super small but very romantic and beautiful," a source previously said.
Marco is a former professional soccer player but after his career was cut short due to a leg injury, he tapped into his creative side and impressively sold a piece to fashion icon Giorgio Armani at his very first art show.
Keith Urban Debuts New Nicole Tattoo

Keith Urban has unveiled a new tattoo of Nicole Kidman's name on his arm.
The American Idol judge showed the ultimate declaration of his love for the actress on The Jimmy Kimmel Show, where he unveiled his new inking during a performance to promote his latest album Fuse. Keith made sure no-one missed the romantic gesture by wearing a short sleeved top while he crooned away on his guitar.
The 45-year-old star already had the name of the actress etched onto his right arm in script font, but now sports a re-worked version of the tattoo featuring an additional Celtic design around the original inking.

Ryan Cabrera’s Ryan Gosling Tattoo

Though there are legions of Ryan Gosling fans out there, few of them, I imagine, have his face tattooed on their bodies. Ryan Cabrera's new tattoo of the Drive actor obviously puts such fans to shame.
The 30 year-old musician - whose songs never quite got the amount of publicity that his relationships with Ashlee Simpson and Audrina Patridge did - recently walked a red carpet event in shorts, revealing his latest and rather unusual tattoo.
Explaining his new ink to NYSNC's Lance Bass last month, Cabrera said, "Me and my buddy, we go in [the tattoo parlor] and he chooses one thing off the wall for me, then I choose one thing for him. You can't see it until after it's done and then we unveil them at the same time... The only rules are that it can't be religious and it can't offend anybody."

Kat Von D Inks Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus has had a new tattoo following her reported split from Liam Hemsworth.
The 20-year-old singer and her 23-year-old fiance Liam Hemsworth have been the subject of speculation about the state of their relationship and in a bid to show the world she's not letting her personal problems get her down, she has had two hearts etched onto her wrist.
Miley - who has several other tattoos - got the inking done at tattoo master Kat Von D's High Voltage store over the weekend and Kat was quick to show off the final result, which is inspired by Leonardo da Vinci's anatomical heart.
In a Twitter post, Kat wrote, "Just did the RADDEST tattoo on @MileyCyrus - a miniature rendition of a daVinci anatomical heart! (sic)" She then posted a picture of her needle work.

Rihanna got a tattoo in support of Chris Brown. The "Diamonds" singer has allegedly had the word "Breezy" inked on her skin to honor her on-off musician boyfriend, who famously calls his army of fans Team Breezy.
"She got it to symbolize her commitment to him. Now the world knows they're back together, they're determined to make it work," a source said.
The couple - who split in 2009 after Chris violently assaulted Rihanna - have a notoriously fiery relationship, but are thought to have rekindled their passion after Chris dumped model Karrueche Tran. They have since been inseparable, with Rihanna even flying out to Germany to spend time on tour with him, and the pair regularly post intimate snapshots of each other on Twitter.
Rihanna, 24, has 20 known tattoos on her body and believes they all hold a special spiritual meaning. The Bajan beauty's last inking was of the Egyptian goddess Isis, renowned as the ideal mother and wife, and was done in tribute to her late grandmother Clara "Dolly" Braithwaite. "My tattoos are all spiritual and show how I feel about religion. I have a falcon which is an Egyptian falcon and is supposed to stand for God. [I'm] rebellious through my music, through my fashion, tattoos, and my hair," she said in the past.
Kat Von D Gives Deadmau5 Matching Tattoo

It looks like things are moving quickly between tattoo artist Kat Von D and her latest boyfriend, Joel Zimmerman (a.k.a. Deadmau5). Quickly in the sense that they already have matching tattoos after dating for a month!
The former reality star gave her music producer boyfriend a star tattoo under his eye, which matches one of her own. Von D is no stranger to getting ink in honor of a romantic relationship -- she still has her permanent reminder of past lover Jesse James in her left armpit (his face).
The pair were spotted enjoying the L.A. weather at a cafe in West Hollywood yesterday, with Von D revealing most of her tattoos with a black maxi dress paired with a black handbag and sandals.
Both Joel and Kat - who have been dating since mid-September - have professed their love of both tattoos and cats via Twitter (clearly a match made in Hollywood heaven).

Liam Hemsworth Gets Tattoo Matching Miley’s

Liam Hemsworth has officially completed his rite of passage among young celebrities in love: acquiring a matching tattoo with his significant other.
The Australian actor - who is engaged to Miley Cyrus - debuted his ink via Twitter, which revealed that the quote he permanently scribed on his arm was a continuation of his fiancee's. Both tattoos were taken from a 1910 Theodore Roosevelt speech; Liam's reads, "If he fails, at least fails while daring greatly," and Miley's finishes the line with, "So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat."

Demi Lovato Regrets Her Tattoos

The 20-year-old star admits she has considered having her body art removed by laser, but has decided not to worry too much about them until she is much older. "I've thought about it before because, you know, when I get older I don't know if I want to have rock and roll on my middle finger. I'm young and I can rock it now and when I get older I can worry about it later," she said.
Speaking of one inking, a tattoo of her friend's lips on her wrist, she added, "It was just a spur of the moment, stupid decision."
In late 2010, the X Factor judge checked into rehab to be treated for an eating disorder and self-harm issues and she admits it was a "relief" to be diagnosed with bipolar disorder as it meant she wasn't "crazy. "I was like, 'Oh my gosh, that means I'm not really crazy, there's a reason.' And it was just so awesome to be able to pinpoint a diagnosis for the reasons why I was extremely happy and in, like, a euphoric state, and the next month I was in, like, a deep depression. I had everything great in my life I had nothing to complain about but I wasn't happy," she said in an interview.
