Dancer Dita Von Teese has to pay close attention to the items she wears during her burlesque performances. Otherwise, more flesh may be exposed than planned. To guarantee her crystal-decorated breast accessories don’t slip out of place, she turns to adhesives. “I use serious waterproof glue, because I’m in a martini glass. Crystals are heavy and there’s a lot going on,” Dita explained.
The 36-year-old’s favorite routine has her pouring water over her near-naked body from a foam olive while sitting in a giant martini glass. “I’ve got a shower of water going down from the olive, so I’ve got to have something serious. I can’t afford to lose a nipple tassel during my show,” she described.
