Oksana Grigorieva turned down a $15 million settlement offer from ex-lover Mel Gibson because he wanted shared custody of their daughter.
The Russian singer - who is currently involved in a bitter custody battle with Mel for their 11-month-old daughter Lucia - refused the huge financial offer because she didn’t want the “unstable” actor getting so much access to their child.
“The $15 million was a proposal that I walked away from because he wanted 50 per cent custody of an infant when he’s unstable.”
Oksana also claims Mel punched her in the head while she was holding Lucia, during an argument on January 6. “Mel ran in and started screaming all kinds of nasty words. Then he just hit me twice with his fist. Boom, boom, to my head and my mouth. I fell on top of the bed. I’m just covering the baby and not protecting myself. He proceeds to choke me with both his hands,” she said in an interview with People magazine.
The 40-year-old beauty alleges the 54-year-old actor used a mixture of threats and pleading to convince her not to leave him after the incident:

Phil Collins’ Expensive Divorce Settlement

Earlier this year, singer Paul McCartney forked over approximately $45.37 million to get rid of his annoying ex-wife once and for all. While this seemed like a hefty sum (despite his large fortune), it turns out the Beatle walked away with a pretty good deal.
According to the Daily Mirror, Phil Collins has now reached the top of the divorce settlement leaderboard. The Genesis singer/drummer’s recent $46.68 million payout is the priciest check written by a British celeb ever. And, sadly, this isn’t the first time the musician has had to dig deep into his pockets.

Paul McCartney Makes Heather Mills a Millionaire

Come next week, Heather Mills will not just be the most-hated women in Britain, she’ll also be one of the wealthiest.
According to UK’s Daily Mail, there may finally be an end to the Paul McCartney-Heather Mills divorce saga. The two, who announced their separation back in May 2006, have been negotiating in court over the past week. The Beatle and the Dancing with the Stars contender were married back in June 2002.
The Mail claims Mills is expected to receive a $110 million settlement. That figure is based on $40 million lump sum for her, and approximately $5 million per year for the McCartney heir up until the age of 18. (Beatrice is currently 4-years-old.) Stella’s half-sis will also have a $2 million trust waiting for her when she comes of age. In all, Mills will be raking in approximately $27.5 million for each year she was married to the music legend.
