Katy Perry Reunites with Ex Rob Ackroyd

Katy Perry has reportedly reunited with Florence and the Machine guitarist Rob Ackroyd.
The "Birthday" singer has been spending lots of time with her former flame - whom she initially dated in 2012 after meeting at Coachella festival - while in the UK for her Prismatic World Tour, and the pair weren't shy about flaunting their romance at an afterparty to celebrate the end of the European leg of her worldwide jaunt.
According to The Sun newspaper, Rob has been at several of Katy's gigs and the couple were kissing and cuddling in full view of celebrities such as Cara Delevingne, Suki Waterhouse and Selena Gomez at the exclusive party backstage at London's The O2 arena last weekend.
"Katy and Rob seemed to be very much back together at her party on Saturday night. They were inseparable, kissing, flirting and cuddling away in front of the roadies, celebs and friends at the bash. There were a fair few famous faces in the room but Katy and Rob only had eyes for each other," a source said.

Alexa Chung Dating Rob Ackroyd?

Alexa Chung is reportedly dating Rob Ackroyd.
The 30-year-old fashionista has been in Los Angeles for the past month where she met Florence and the Machine's guitarist and the pair hit it off instantly. "Rob and Remi have been working in the studio and she thought they'd make a great pairing. He's totally Alexa's type. Remi arranged for them to go out to dinner at Soho House and there was a real spark. They've been inseparable ever since and seem smitten. Now Rob's planning to fly to New York where Alexa lives for Valentine's Day," a source said.
Alexa - who split from Arctic Monkeys' Alex Turner in 2011 reportedly due to issues with maintaining a long term relationship - is currently living in New York and she "loves" Rob's humor. "I think Alexa has found it hard to date in New York and Rob will have been a breath of fresh air. She loves his dry humor," another source added.

Florence Welch Wants Guitarist to Date Katy Perry

The Florence + the Machine singer's bandmate, Rob Ackroyd, had a short romance with the "California Gurls" singer after they met at Coachella festival in California earlier this year, and she can understand why they hit it off so well.
"Rob's gorgeous, inside and out. I get it. Katy is this ball of absolutely amazing energy, she's so wonderful and fun. She's very supportive of my music," she said.
Florence, 25, added she feels she, Katy and other female singers who are currently topping the charts are all part of the same "family."
"Katy's very supportive of my music. I think that it's brilliant having all these amazing female solo singers doing so well. It's inspiring. I do love Lady Gaga and Katy. They're part of the family," she added. However, Florence tries to differentiate herself by doing something styled differently to other artists.

Katy Perry is Single Again

The "One That Got Away" hitmaker has decided not to pursue a relationship with the Florence + the Machine guitarist - whom she met at last month's Coachella Music Festival - because she felt their respective working commitments would make seeing one another regularly too hard.
"The main thing which led to her split with Russell was spending the majority of her marriage to him on tour and she said dating Rob felt like being with Russell all over again. It's a shame as they both liked each other but Katy wants to be able to have a relationship with someone she isn't constantly having to work out what time zone they're in. Rob was gutted but Katy said she didn't want to get in too deep and then break his heart so it was best to cut things off before they got serious," said a source close to Katy.
The split has come as a shock to friends as Katy had appeared smitten with the musician and they were in "constant" contact.
