Justin Bieber has been offered a plea deal from the Florida State Attorney.

The 19-year-old star, who is scheduled to appear in court in Miami on March 3 after being charged with driving under the influence (DUI), driving with an expired license and resisting arrest last month, will have most of the charges dropped if he agrees to plead no contest to reckless driving and submits to random drug testing for up to nine months to avoid facing a stint in jail. A law enforcement source told gossip website TMZ.com that prosecutors will drop the DUI and resisting arrest charges if the "Baby" hitmaker also completes 40 hours of community service, attends an alcohol education course and a "victim impact panel" to hear relatives of DUI victims share their stories.

Justin Bieber Given Trial Date

Justin Bieber is to appear in court next month.

The 19-year-old singer has been given a trial date of March 3 by a Miami-Dade County judge over charges of driving under the influence (DUI), resisting arrest and driving with an invalid license.

The troubled star was detained on January 23 after police allegedly caught him drag racing a rented Lamborghini in Miami. Police officers claimed Justin, who is more than a year under the legal drinking age in the US, reeked of alcohol at the scene but his blood alcohol level was barely measurable at .014. However, it has been reported a toxicology test detected the presence of marijuana and Xanax in his system.

-Raising Sextuplets’ Bryan Masche was arrested in Arizona after allegedly threatening family members and yelling profanities. The reality show patriarch, who was visiting relatives, also faces additional charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

-Driving with a suspended license also has Joe Giudice, Teresa’s husband, in trouble with the law. The Real Housewives of New Jersey husband will reportedly begin a 10-day jail sentence next week.
