Gary Oldman Defends Mel Gibson’s Behavior
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies, Rants, Features,

Gary Oldman has spoken out to defend Mel Gibson over his anti-Semitic behavior.
The Dark Knight Rises actor has blasted the "political correctness" which has seen the Lethal Weapo actor shunned from the movie world over racist and anti-Jewish slurs he is alleged to have made in recent years: "I just think political correctness is crap. That's what I think about it. I think it's like, take a f***ing joke. Get over it."
Mel is said to have made anti-Jewish slurs while being arrested for drink-driving in Malibu, California in 2006 with police reporting that he told his arresting police officer, "F***ing Jews ... the Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world."

"Write that motherf*****g headline when you try to make me look like a maniac or an animal, because you afraid of interracial relationships, because you afraid of the future, because you afraid of a rapper that was raised by two educated parents."
- At a recent concert of his, Kanye West argues that the tabloids are after him for being in an interracial relationship with Kim Kardashian.

Madonna Called Out on Instagram for Using Racial Slur
Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Music, Photos,

Madonna is under fire from many of her fans who follow her Instagram after using the n-word in a recent caption to a post featuring her son, Rocco.
Proud of her 13-year-old son - whom she had with director Guy Ritchie - the singer shared an image of Rocco boxing, writing, "No one messes with Dirty Soap! Mama said knock you out! #disn**** [sic]." Rapid outrage in her comments over her use of the racial slur prompted her to repost the image with the revised (and unapologetic) caption, "Ok let me start this again. # get off my d*** haters! [sic]."

Celebrity Chatter: Isla Fisher’s Advice to Julianne Hough, Kim Shows Off Baby North
Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Movies, Music, Television, Dating, Weddings, Celebrity Babies, Parties, Photos, Rumors,
+ Good celebrity Samaritan Isla Fisher reportedly tried to help Julianne Hough avoid what became her blackface scandal by advising her to wash her face off before the paparazzi got to her. Hough clearly didn't take her up on the advice, and Isla's reps are denying that she attempted to intervene.
+ Her actor Joaquin Phoenix was photographed frolicking around in Rome with a new lady who looks like Madonna straight out of the Eighties. Sadly, he didn't go back in time to bring Eighties Madonna to 2013, as it's been revealed that she's Allie Teilz, a 19 year-old DJ.
+ Want to see cute photos of baby North West posing with Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci? Of course you do, which is why Kim Kardashian has been snapping up a storm over it.
+ Miley Cyrus has come out and proclaimed herself as one of the world's biggest feminists. Though one can't argue that she's definitely a staunch proponent for women expressing their sexuality however they may please, she doesn't seem too keen on abstaining from using other women's (especially black women's) bodies for one's own purposes.

Although most Beliebers can get behind Justin Bieber's crazy antics the past several months, he has seem to have finally offended some with a recent photo of his graffiti.
Apparently not having learned anything from his arrest in Brazil for plastering graffiti on a hotel, the singer uploaded the above picture of his new artwork on Instagram with a caption reading, "This is my escape." Should we be worried that he'll be running off to shave his head and then wearing a Marilyn Monroe wig the following day?

Julianne Hough Wears Blackface for Halloween
Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Television, Photos,
UPDATE: Julianne has since apologized on Twitter.
It's no surprise that Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren of Netflix's Orange Is the New Black is indeed so popular of a character that folks want to dress up like her for Halloween. What is surprising is that dancer-turned-actress Julianne Hough found it acceptable to dress up in blackface.
Although it's good to see that fans are identifying with a female character of color, Hough could have done without the makeup, considering the fact that she was already wearing her hair in the character's recognizable quasi-spiked 'do and had Warren's ID tag easily noticeable on her chest.
Hough was spotted in the "Crazy Eyes" getup at a Halloween Party she attended with friends last night - all of whom were also dressed like Orange Is the New Black characters.
The Dancing with the Stars winner has yet to address any of the controversy and Twitter uproar regarding her Halloween costume.

Chris Brown Accuses DA of Being Racist
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Music, Legal Issues, Rants,
Chris Brown has branded the District Attorney in his court case a racist.
The R&B star took to Twitter last night after he was sentenced to 1,000 extra hours of community service earlier this month for submitting bogus reports for the 1,440 hours he was originally ordered to complete for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. "N***a done 6 months community service wit police and the DA racist ass crying to the judge that I didn't do it. F**k the SYSTEM! (sic)" Chris raged on the social networking site.
The 24-year-old hot-head went on to slam the American justice system for wasting so much time on his case when there are so many more pressing matters to solve: "How about y'all take care of all the homeless kids and families on skid row. Promote helping people that are really f***ed up in your city!"
Chris concluded, "Family first! The LAW ... last (sic)," before referring to his latest addition to his graffiti-sprayed car collection, quipping, "I paint pics of monsters because its a reflection of u bitcha*s n***as and this bitchass system! (sic)"

Naomi Campbell Thinks Cadbury is Racist
Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Legal Issues, Meltdowns, Photos,

Move over, Disney. There’s a new mega-corporation getting sued in town. Cadbury, the second-largest confectionary in the world, made the mistake of using Naomi Campbell, indirectly, in an ad campaign. And she’s just not having it.
A new ad featuring their Dairy Milk Bliss Bar has the words “Move over Naomi, there’s a new diva in town” as a tagline. Cute, right? Wrong. According to Campbell, it’s racist.
“I am shocked,” the model overreacted. “It’s upsetting to be described as chocolate, not just for me, but for all black women and black people as a race. I do not find any humor in this. It’s insulting and hurtful.” She has also stated that she may be pursuing legal action against the company. Possibly she’s being a wee bit dramatic? Follow the jump to see the ad that's causing all the trouble...

George Bush Still Hurt by Kanye Comments, West Expresses Sympathy
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Music, Videos,
Although it would be difficult for anyone to forget Hurricane Katrina, former President George W. Bush says there is one particular moment surrounding that 2005 event that still stings to this day.
In an interview to air next week on NBC, Bush calls the time Kanye West suggested he was a racist (see the video above) one of the lowest points of his presidency.
"It's one thing to say, 'I don't appreciate the way he's handled his business.' It's another thing to say, 'This man's a racist.' I resent it, it's not true, and it was one of the most disgusting moments in my presidency," he recalls to Matt Lauer.
Having endured his own public scandal since that time, a mellower Kanye expressed sympathy today in an interview with a Houston radio station. (You can listen to that chat after the jump.)
