Paula Patton Not Ready for Reconciliation

Paula Patton is still considering her future with Robin Thicke.
The Baggage Claim actress split from the "Blurred Lines" singer last month, and though she was reportedly having second thoughts about filing for divorce, insiders say she has yet to decide whether to give her spouse of eight years - with who she has three-year-old son Julian - another chance.
According to gossip website TMZ, Paula is "spending a lot of time thinking" about her marriage, but is yet to feel convinced by Robin's efforts to prove he can be a good husband.
It was recently claimed the 38-year-old actress had told Robin, 36, to stop trying to win her back with gifts. "She's insulted that he thinks he can win her back with pricey gifts. He knows what it's going to take, and it's nothing he can buy with money," a source said.

Paula Patton is "open" to giving Robin Thicke another chance.
The Baggage Claim actress split from the "Blurred Lines" singer last month, and though she was reported to have insisted to him she wanted a divorce, insiders say she is now reconsidering her stance.
Sources told gossip website TMZ that the estranged couple - who have been married for eight years and have a three-year-old son, Julian, together - have been talking "constantly" and are now discussing what Robin needs to do to convince Paula they can make their marriage work. The 38-year-old actress is said to be particularly impressed with how much of a good dad Robin, 36, has continued to be since they separated, keeping in touch while on the road and seeing their little boy whenever he can.
According to the source, Paula hasn't yet hired a divorce lawyer and has no plans to do so. However, though their conversations have been "smooth and cordial," one thing the Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol star is unhappy with is Robin's public declarations of love for her.

Paula Patton Hated Robin Thicke’s VMA Performance

Paula Patton felt "utterly disrespected" by Robin Thicke and Miley Cyrus' MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) performance.
The 38-year-old actress reportedly had a huge argument with the "Blurred Lines" singer following the show, saying the raunchy routine - which featured 21-year-old Miley twerking against her spouse - was insulting to her, particularly as it took place in front of a huge national TV audience. And according to TMZ, Paula was particularly "enraged" because Miley improvised the performance without warning, but her husband was happy to play along.
The couple - who announced their separation after eight years of marriage earlier this week - began arguing constantly after the ceremony in August, with the actress particularly furious with Robin's insistence on continuing to party at clubs and frequently being pictured with various women.

Robin Thicke and Paula Patton Split

Robin Thicke and Paula Patton have split.
The "Blurred Lines" hitmaker and his actress wife have decided to end their marriage after almost nine years together. "We will always love each other and be best friends, however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time," they said In a joint statement to People.com.
Robin, 36, and Paula, 38, first met when they were teenagers and married in 2005. They have one son together, Julian Fuego Thicke, three. The split comes after Robin was seen dancing closely with a mystery woman after a performance at Club 79 in Paris in January. In September last year another woman, Lana Scolaro, claimed Robin had kissed her at a party in New York. "I went to the bathroom, and when I came out he was standing there... He turned off the lights so no one could see us, and he started making out with me. He was grabbing me. He was like, 'I want to get you into bed' ... His hands were everywhere," she said.
The "Give it 2 U" star was also photographed with his hand on Lana's bottom, reflected in a mirror.

Over the weekend, the 53-year-old and his musician girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, welcomed their first child together. Daughter Lucia is now Mel’s eighth child; he has one other girl and six boys from his recently-ended marriage. Oksana also has a 12-year-old son from a relationship with actor Timothy Dalton.
