Michael Jackson Memoir Re-Released

Michael Jackson’s memoir, Moonwalk, will be re-released by Random House in October. First released in 1988 by Doubleday, the book initially sold around 500,000 copies.
“A well-known figure in the entertainment industry who was close to Michael,” has instigated the re-printing, but right now no names are being released. The book has been out of print for more than ten years. New proceeds from the memoir will go to the Michael Jackson Family Trust and several additional charities.

Michael Jackson’s Last Days Unmasked in New Book

“If you think you know everything there is to know about Michael Jackson, you’re wrong.” These were the words of Jennifer Bergstrom, vice president of Simon Spotlight Entertainment. This is the company that’s behind Unmasked: The Final Years of Michael Jackson.
The man hasn’t been buried yet, and already there’s a new book on the way. Bergstrom’s comments continue, “Startling new information…will make this book the definitive biography of the most iconic performer of our time.”
You see, the publishing industry can’t afford to waste any time - many more authors are no doubt writing furiously this very moment. Author Ian Halperin is behind this particular book, which is scheduled for publication in July. This is surely only the start of an industry cavalcade that will include many more volumes about the life and times of the King of Pop.
