Usher: Justin Bieber Needs to “Manage” His Own Life Now

Usher believes that Justin Bieber needs to "manage" his own life now that he's an adult.
The rapper has mentored the pop heartthrob since his career took off at the age of just 13, seven years ago, but he hasn't tried to stage an intervention following Justin's recent run-ins with the law and bad publicity as he insists the youngster needs to learn from his own mistakes.
"I gave every bit of advice and always told him it was up to him if he really wanted this. Now that he has it, as an adult, it's his to manage. Do I turn my head in shame based off of what I see, what I know? Nah, I don't because it's all part of life's process. Am I in it with him? Yeah," Usher said in Nylon.
Usher, 35, was mentored by Diddy from the age of 15, so he understands why it's important to have someone else in the industry looking out for you. "Artistic development made me who I am. Somebody took the time to help me find what it is that works for me as an entertainer and who I am as a music maker," he explained.

Eminem Reaches Out to Justin Bieber

Eminem has invited Justin Bieber to stay at his house over Christmas and New Year.
The "Rap God" star is reaching out to the troubled 19-year-old and he hopes spending time with him in Detroit, Michigan could help him to get his life back on track. "He's really hoping he can sort Justin out. The way he's going, he's worried he's going to end up in really bad trouble. He wants to talk him into going to therapy and counseling to deal with the stress of fame in a positive way. Everyone is saying how they think he's a ticking timebomb," a source told The Sun.
Justin has had an eventful year which has seen him criticized for spraying graffiti in Brazil and getting into trouble for swearing at customs officers in Australia. He also tried to sneak out of a Brazilian brothel under a white sheet and was accused of calling a young fan a "beached whale."

Usher: Justin Bieber Is Just Being a Normal Teen

Usher thinks Justin Bieber is just being a normal teenager.
The "Scream" hitmaker - who mentored the 19-year-old singer to success alongside his manager Scooter Braun in 2007 - believes the criticism directed at his young protege is unfair as the teenager is living his life the best amidst a barrage of media attention, and is maturing every day.
"I think all of us, in some way, have humble beginnings that pan out to be incredible and we hope that in his transition, as friends and family who have helped him be who he is, that he'll continue to just mature. I am hoping for the best. I don't look at as a negative though, I look at it as a teenager - he's a teenager having to live his life in front of a camera. Imagine if you had to do that as a teenager," Usher said, speaking on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
While the R&B singer - who duetted with Justin on the remix of hit song "Somebody To Love" - doesn't necessarily agree with Justin's recent antics, including keeping his fans waiting for hours before his gigs, getting into a scrap with the paparazzi and constant partying, he is hopeful he won't succumb to the pressure in the same way as other former child stars.

Justin Bieber: Baby Scandal Almost Made Me Quit
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Music, Child Stars, Rumors,
Justin Bieber has admitted that Mariah Yeater's paternity suit almost made him quit the music business.
The "Boyfriend" singer - who is currently dating Selena Gomez - was accused of fathering another woman's child last year.
"At the beginning of it all I was in Florida, away from my friends and family and I was pretty sad. I got to the point where I thought, 'I don't want to do this. I just want to be normal.' It was difficult because I'd never gone through anything like that," he said.
Justin confessed that it was his mentor Usher, who encouraged him to toughen up: "Usher was like, 'Prepare to have this for the rest of your career because it's not going to stop.' He's gone through some stuff and most artists go through their fair share of bull. That was just my first time."
"I feel sorry for her more than anything. Everything that hurts you makes you stronger in the end. You've got to learn from the bad things that happen," he added about Mariah.
