Justin Bieber’s Boss Urges Him to Get Help

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Music, Drugs, Drunk, Meltdowns, Features,

Justin BieberJustin Bieber's record label boss thinks the star needs to be the subject of an "intervention."

Universal chief Lucien Grainge admits he is "concerned" for the 19-year-old singer - who was arrested last week for driving under the influence (DUI), driving with an expired license and resisting arrest - amid reports of his drug use and is urging him to take a break and get help for his problems.

Speaking at the official Universal Music Group Grammys aftershow party at the Ace Hotel in Los Angeles, he told the Daily Mirror newspaper, "I'm very concerned about him. I've been concerned about him for many months. And Scooter Braun [Justin's manager], who I work with very closely and is supposed to be here, but is with him at the moment. The management, us... This has nothing to do with the business or records or releases, this is to do with the young man. He needs help. He needs an intervention. We are going to give all the support as a company to take as much pressure off him so he can look forward."

Jon Bon Jovi: Bieber Should Make His Own Mistakes

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Music, Child Stars, Meltdowns, Features,

Jon Bon Jovi and Justin BieberJon Bon Jovi thinks that Justin Bieber should be left to make his own mistakes.

The "Livin' On a Prayer" singer knows how hard growing up in the spotlight can be, but doesn't think young stars such as Justin - who has displayed erratic behaviour of late, upsetting his neighbors and being caught smoking marijuana - needs a "lecture" from him.

"Having lived it myself, there's lots I could say to One Direction or Justin Bieber - to any young band at a crossroads, kids who are not even 20 years old and have the whole world looking at them, and are scared because they don't know any better. But you can't give them a lecture. They have to learn it their own way and find their own path. The only thing you can tell young guys like that is that it's going to be OK."

Jon - leader of rockers Bon Jovi, who started their career in 1983 - also says the music industry nearly got too much even for him at one point and he thought about giving it up.

The troubled star was booked for drug possession on Thursday evening when police visited her New York City apartment after receiving a report of a disorderly person. Amanda - who was spotted smoking a joint in the lobby and behaved erratically throughout the incident - was taken to hospital for a psychiatric evaluation, before being arrested for criminal possession of marijuana, as well as reckless endangerment and felony tampering with evidence when she attempted to throw a bong out of the window.

Amanda Bynes Debuts Drastic Makeover via Twitter

Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Movies, Meltdowns, Photos,

Amanda BynesIf Amanda Bynes' recent erratic behavior is all an act - à la I'm Still Here - then she definitely has us fooled.

The former Nickelodeon child star has just unveiled her latest meltdown moment on Twitter, looking unrecognizable on the mini-blogging site.

With nothing more than a "Wink ;)" caption attached to the photo, the 26 year-old has fans doing a double-take with her new look, which comes complete with a cheek piercing, vampiric manicure, and a good five pounds of eye makeup.

The actress - who was last in the tabloids over possibly getting evicted from her New York home - gave no indication nor explanation for her drastic new look. She did, however, hint at love life issues: "If it is meant to be, our hearts will find each other when we meet. And if our hearts melt together so will our bodies and souls."

The Green Day singer is set to undergo treatment for substance abuse, a spokesperson for the group has confirmed. The band has also postponed several upcoming promotional appearances.

"Green Day wants to apologize to those they offended at the iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas. The band regretfully must postpone some of their upcoming promotional appearances," the Grammy award-winning singer's representative told TMZ.

The group's front man had a very public meltdown on stage in Las Vegas over the weekend, where the group was performing at the star-studded iHeartRadio Music Festival. The 40-year-old singer was videotaped screaming profanities and slamming Justin Bieber during the band's performance at the annual three-day festival before violently smashing his guitar on-stage, complaining their performance had been cut short.

Lindsay Lohan’s Angry Club Rant

Lindsay LohanLindsay Lohan had an "embarrassing" angry rant on Tuesday night.

The 26-year-old actress reportedly had a public meltdown and was asked to leave Hollywood hotspot Bootsy Bellows when she refused to share the V.I.P. area with Clint Eastwood's daughter Francesca.

"Francesca was celebrating her birthday with around a dozen friends in a private area when Lindsay came over and started screaming that Francesca should leave. She was yelling, 'I'm a star, she's a nobody, get her out of here!' One poor guy came over and tried to calm [Lindsay] down and she acted aggressively. At that point the security told her to leave and it was totally embarrassing. She is acting like some bad 80s film star, and it is hard to watch because she needs help," one onlooker told Us Weekly.

The troubled starlet left the venue in a rage after her showdown with the E! reality star and almost caused a scene outside as she zoomed off in a friend's car. "Lindsay's friend was driving and they sped out and almost hit one of the valet guys," a party-goer said.

Demi Lovato Talks About Her Breakdown

Demi LovatoDemi Lovato realized she needed help when she punched her back-up dancer. The 18-year-old star checked into rehab - where she received treatment for depression and an eating disorder - in October following the altercation with Alex Welch and admits she had been "out of line" for several months beforehand.

"I was completely out of line all summer. Just the worst attitude-totally ungrateful... I just felt like she'd betrayed me. That's the bottom line. When you punch someone on a plane, enough is enough. Right after, I texted my mom and just said, 'I'm sorry.'"

Demi insisted her problems didn't stem from her split from Jonas Brothers star Joe Jonas, saying she had a lot of "other stuff" happening.

"I wouldn't credit my meltdown to a guy. There was so much other stuff in my life."

So, is Charlie Sheen Crazy or What?

Charlie Sheen says that he’s clean and focused following an “epiphanous awakening,” and when we figure out just what he means by that we’ll let you know. “I’m on a quest to claim absolute victory on every front,” he told Piers Morgan on CNN.

If victory means practically monopolizing the media, Sheen’s already there. The actor's publicist quit on Monday, saying he is “unable to work effectively” at his job, and it’s no wonder. Charlie Sheen has been calling TMZ, CNN, Good Morning America and -- it seems -- anyone else who’ll pick up the phone.
