Rita Ora Evicted from Her Flat

Rita Ora is on the hunt for a new home after being kicked out of her flat.
The "R.I.P." singer, who was renting a luxury west London apartment, has been asked to find a new place to live after a number of complaints about noisy late night parties. "Rita is on the move after some complaints about noise in her last place. She has already been looking at houses and wants to buy a proper home for the first time. She thinks a new home would be the perfect way to celebrate such a successful year," a source said.
The 23-year-old star's career is going from strength to strength and she was named Musician of the Year at the Harper's Bazaar Women of the Year Awards last month.
The singer, who is dating DJ Calvin Harris, was threatened with eviction recently after ignoring warnings from her landlord. "Rita has been told about the noise before but she ignored it and now the landlord says she has to go. This isn't the first time she's been threatened with eviction but it's much more serious now. Rita lives in a nice building with a lot of older neighbours who aren't happy with her," an insider said.

Usher’s Ex Sued for $50K

Usher's ex-wife is being sued for $50,000. Tameka Foster - who recently lost custody of the couple's two sons Usher Raymond V and Naviyd to the "Climax" singer - is reportedly being evicted from three retail spaces she rents in Georgia after failing to pay her landlord.
Antelope Valley Plaza (AVP) says Tameka owes almost $37,000 in rent and they are also suing her for late charges and unpaid taxes, according to TMZ. However, Tameka, who runs a play area for children from the building, has accused AVP of breaching the contract and has asked for the case to be dropped.
Meanwhile, it was recently revealed Usher is planning to sell the Georgia mansion Tameka currently lives in and has ordered her to move out. She has been living in the house alone since they split but their divorce agreement stated that Usher could sell the property at any time as long as he gave her 60 days notice.

Courtney Love Reduced to Tears By Landlady

Courtney Love claims her landlady made her cry when she last visited her. The Hole singer is currently at war with Donna Lyon, who owns the apartment in New York's West Village area which she is renting, after she claimed she was behind with her rent and had redecorated without permission; their latest showdown came when they recently met.
Courtney wrote in a blog for xojane.com, "Donna Lyon, the owner, came over the other day and, after informing me that, 'No one likes you, Courtney Love, NO ONE,' which made me cry, she proceeded to knock over a photo (she's rather... unwieldy) of me with Dame Elizabeth Taylor and shatter the mirrored frame. Greed. It's kinda everywhere, but so is art! So is music. So is acting... Maybe my friends are right and she wants Americans to think I'm sloppy (not!) and that I don't live with taste and grace. It's the heartbeat of life! Taste and grace and a dash of whimsy."
