Kerry Washington has given birth to a baby girl.
The Scandal star - who revealed her pregnancy last October - secretly welcomed her first child, Isabella Amarachi, with husband Nnamdi Asomugha into the world at a hospital in Los Angeles on April 21, according to gossip website TMZ.com.
"Kerry is at home with the baby," a source also told People.com.
Nnamdi, 32, signed the birth certificate more than a week after the birth.
The 37-year-old actress married the former San Francisco 49ers in a secret ceremony last July and previously admitted she was thrilled to be expecting their first baby: "I feel really, really blessed. It just feels like a really good time."

Taylor Swift has been named the most charitable celebrity for the second year in a row.
The "I Knew You Were Trouble" hitmaker topped DoSomething.org's annual list thanks to good deeds including a $100,000 donation to the Nashville Symphony and headlining the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's fundraising event for homeless charity Centrepoint.
In second place were One Direction, whose Comic Relief single 'One Way or Another (Teenage Kicks)' raised over $1.6 million to help those living in poverty, and bringing in $784,345 in donations for cancer research.
Headlining the Chime for Change concert in London saw Beyonce awarded third place on the list, while fourth place went to late actor Paul Walker, thanks to his Reach Out WorldWide (ROWW) charity, a network of professionals with first responder skills - doctors, nurses, firefighters, paramedics, and other disaster-survival specialists - who help out when natural disasters strike, and Macklemore and Ryan Lewis took fifth place thanks to award-winning track "Same Love," which "challenged the hip-hop community to adopt a culture of acceptance."

Kerry Washington wasn't offended by rumors she was a lesbian.
The Scandal star, who is expecting her first child with her NFL star husband of four months, Nnamdi Asomugha, believes the speculation about her sexuality stemmed from the fact she rarely talks about her personal life.
"It's interesting how much people long to fill in the gaps when someone in the public eye doesn't share their personal life. I understand their frustration. I like how people will post pictures of me with other women that I adore, hugging on red carpets, and say, 'See?' Are we so uncomfortable with love between two people of the same gender that we immediately label it as sexual? But I've never been bothered by the lesbian rumor. There's nothing offensive about it, so there's no reason to be offended," the 36-year-old actress told The Advocate magazine.

Kerry Washington Is Pregnant

Kerry Washington is pregnant with her first child.
The Scandal actress is expecting her first child with her husband Nnamdi Asomugha, whom she wed in a secret ceremony on June 24. Rumors have been circulating for weeks about Kerry's apparent baby bump, which she has tried to disguise with loose-fitting clothes, A friend of the star has now confirmed the news to Us Weekly magazine.
"She's about four months along," the pal told the publication.
The 36-year-old beauty has been dating NFL player Nnamdi since 2012, and they couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Hailey, Idaho, this summer. Kerry and the San Francisco 49ers cornerback have kept a low-profile over the course of their relationship, so the star is unlikely to make a big announcement about her pregnancy.

Kerry Washington: I Don’t Drink Alcohol

Kerry Washington doesn't drink alcohol.
The 36-year-old star admits she only indulges in booze on special occasions as she likes to keep a clear head in every situation, and would rather steer away from the high amount of calories embedded in an alcoholic beverage. Speaking to the New York Post newspaper, she said, "I actually live quietly. Work hard. Get bored easily. Don't drink. Who needs those empty calories? I watch what I eat. I train, do pilates. I drink maybe twice a year."
While the Emmy Award-nominated actress insists she likes to maintain a healthy diet, she previously admitted she suffers from severe allergies to a lot of food types and must travel with an EpiPen - a syringe containing epinephrine used to treat allergic reactions - at all times. "Most people do not know about this but I carry an EpiPen with me almost everywhere I go because I have a lot of food allergies, like fatal food allergies, that if I eat these things, I could wind up dying in an emergency room somewhere. So I always have an EpiPen. It's not sexy, but I'm being honest, I have an EpiPen in my bag," she explained.
