Josh Holloway and Yessica KumalaJosh Holloway can't reveal the sex of his next child because he'd be in the "doghouse" with his wife.

The former Lost star is expecting his second baby with spouse Yessica Kumala but is remaining tight-lipped on the gender so not to get in trouble with his wife. When quizzed on the sex of his baby, he told People magazine, "Yes, we know. It's going to be a human! I'm not allowed to tell or else I will be under the doghouse!"

Josh - who is appearing in new TV show Intelligence - is waiting for Yessica to go into labor any day now and he cannot wait to meet the new addition to their family. "My phone could ring at any time. It's now. It's happening now. It's pretty exciting. I'm prepared, but when it happens it's going to be a wild ride. I'm really feeling blessed and excited that that twist in life is coming," said the 44-year-old actor - who already has four-year-old daughter Java with Yessica.

Josh Holloway with wife Yessica KumalaJosh Holloway is to be a father for the second time.

The former Lost star and his wife, Yessica Kumala, are expecting a brother or sister for their four-year-old daughter, Java.  When asked about being considered a sex symbol, he told TV show Entertainment Tonight, "That's funny because I'm a family man. I've got a four-and-a-half-year-old daughter and another one on the way - pretty excited about that."

The 44-year-old actor - who married Yessica in October 2004 - has previously told how becoming a dad changed his focus in life: "I don't care how everything else goes now as long as I'm a good father."

Josh also spoke of how he wanted to be a "hero" to his little girl. "[Fatherhood has] made me hungry, and so joyous about life in general. I feel a responsibility to be a better human being. To be her hero. I mean, I gotta be. I will be," he said.

Josh Holloway’s Robber Sentenced to Prison

Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Television, Legal Issues,

Josh Holloway can finally rest assured that his terrorizer is behind barsShortly after celebrating last Thursday’s ratings alongside cast and crew, Lost star Josh Holloway had more to celebrate yesterday with the satisfaction of knowing that the man who robbed him is finally in jail.

Alongside his wife, the model-turned-actor who plays Sawyer on ABC’s hit series Lost was terrorized back in October of 2005 by 23 year-old Ruben Royce. Awoken from their bed in their Hawaiian home, Royce held both Holloway and his wife, Yessica, at gunpoint as he stole their cash, credit cards, and Mercedes-Benz.

Royce was convicted in court yesterday, ultimately sentenced to 13-30 years behind bars for this and similar crimes he committed the following three weeks.

Hopefully this will mark a new turning point for the cast members of the hit show, as most of them have been struck by misfortune (this, of course, includes Holloway’s robbery) ever since the series started.
