It’s time once again to congratulate those celebrities entering into parenthood:
Ellen Pompeo: Will there soon be a McBaby on Grey’s Anatomy? Just a few months ago, actress Chyler Leigh (Lexie Grey) confirmed her pregnancy. Now her TV sister is expecting as well. Pompeo and her husband, Chris Ivery, have been married since November 2007. This will be their first child.
Jill Scott: The No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency star and singer just added “mother” to her resume. Scott and her fiance, musician Lil John Roberts, became first-time parents to a baby boy on Monday. Scott learned she was pregnant with Jett Hamilton Roberts the day she was supposed fly to Botswana for her new HBO series.

Alison Sweeney: The Biggest Loser host has just shed a few pounds of her own. Sweeney, 31, gave birth to a baby girl on January 12. This is the second child for the Days of Our Lives actress and her husband, Dave Sanov. They also have a three-year-old son named Ben.
Maxine Bahns: The Mentalist star will soon have more than just a hit on her hands. The 37-year-old will become a first-time mother next month. Maxine and her husband, adventure racer Patrick Watson, are planning to name their daughter Madison Rose.
