Katherine Jackson has lost guardianship of her grandchildren. The 82 year-old had legal custody of her dead son Michael's three children, Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket, but today her grandson TJ - son of Tito - requested and was granted temporary guardianship of the kids.
In California, Judge Beckloff said he wasn't suspending Katherine because of anything she did but because he is worried "intentional act from third parties" are stopping her from carrying out her duty of care to the kids.

Conrad Murray: Ordered to Stand Trial for Michael Jackson Manslaughter
Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Music, Child Stars, Legal Issues,
His legal defense seemed a little shaky from the word go.
Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician who cared for pop star Michael Jackson during the singer’s final days, has been ordered to stand trial for involuntary manslaughter. Murray claimed that Jackson injected himself with a lethal dose of Propofol, but the judge has ruled that Murray's case will continue.
Meanwhile, Murray has been stripped of his medical license. Members of the Jackson family (Katherine, Janet, La Toya, Jackie, Jermaine and Marlon) were present during last week’s hearing, which ended in the current ruling. “I’m happy so far,” said La Toya of the events.
Testimony in the hearing took six days, where more than 20 witnesses were heard for the prosecution. No witnesses were called for the defense during the hearing.

Jacksons Reunite at Tribute

The Jacksons will reunite at the Michael Jackson tribute concert… and possibly perform?
Jermaine Jackson, who shot to fame in The Jackson 5 alongside his brothers Jackie, Tito, Marlon and Michael, has refused to rule out joining his musical family on stage at the show he is planning in Vienna, Austria, on September 26.
When asked if he plans to perform with his siblings, Jermaine said, “That could be one of the surprises. Being a producer I wanted to put a show together because it is a family thing. My family is very busy, Janet is doing something right now. I have invited all of them, so, you never know—once the music hits them they will probably want to come up and perform and do what they know how to do. But definitely I have committed myself to performing.”
Jermaine revealed he has invited his mother Katherine Jackson to the event, along with Michael’s three children—Prince Michael I, 12, Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II, also known as “Blanket.”
“I spoke to my mother and I said I wanted to do something for the fans in Europe. She has supported this from the very start.”
Jackson Family Meets with LAPD

As reported earlier, there are still some questions surrounding the untimely death of recording legend Michael Jackson. TMZ is reporting that Katherine, Joe and “several brothers” met with police officers at the pop star’s home earlier today.
The site says that both sides wanted the meeting - the family to learn more about Jackson’s death, the police to gain information that might help them determine the cause of the crooner’s fatal cardiac arrest. This meeting ended the same day.
TMZ has also reported that Dr. Conrad Murray, Jackson’s physician, sent a letter to his patients less than two weeks ago. In the letter, the doctor informed them he would be leaving his medical practice. “I am deeply saddened to leave you at this point, but please know my absence is not permanent,” the letter reads.
ET has posted a picture of Michael Jackson as he was being treated by paramedics - the last-known photograph taken of the singer during his life. Michael Jackson was 50 at the time of his death Thursday afternoon. The “King of Pop,” he enjoyed extreme success in the music industry, with a career that spanned four decades.
