Kristen Stewart Worries She’ll Be Killed

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies, Child Stars,

Kristen StewartKristen Stewart is worried her stardom might lead to someone killing her one day.

The Twilight actress fears someone will log on to a social networking site to find out her location, then travel to where she is and murder her. In an extract from new e-book Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner -- In Their Own Words by Talia Soghomonian, she told interviewer Sian Edwards, "Nowadays it's harder because everyone is on Facebook and everyone knows where you are all the time, and everyone's Twittering. Like I'm going to die because somebody is going to say where I am and somebody is going to kill me. Someone's going to Twitter my location and then it's going to be like, boom."

While the 22-year-old star fears sites such as Facebook and Twitter can be harmful in terms of her safety, she admits the communication possibilities on the webpages are "really great." She added, "I actually think too much of anything can be scary, but at the same time it's also an opportunity. I mean mass communication is a good thing. It's actually a really great thing, it's just scary."

Travis Barker is Still Afraid of Flying After Crash

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Music, Features,

Travis BarkerTravis Barker is worried about traveling on tour with Blink-182 after surviving a horrific plane crash in 2008.

The drummer and DJ AM were left in "critical but stable" condition after the accident that killed four passengers, and it still haunts him. Travis admitted that the incident had given him a fear of flying and that is bound to cause issues for the series of concerts which kicked off yesterday.

"This will be the big tour that supports the album in Europe. Mind you, I'm not flying, so it's hard to say what the band could do or what its potential is, because I can't really get everywhere. I'm contemplating getting knocked out and getting on a plane to Australia. I want to overcome that eventually. When I do, I think it's going to be Qantas. They never had a crash, never had a fatality--knock on wood. It's something I want to overcome for me--and my kids are scared to death to fly. I want them to witness me overcome it."

Megan Fox Won’t Fly Without Britney

Megan Fox is afraid of flying

While we’ve definitely heard a plethora of crazy things from her, Megan Fox now shares that she doesn’t fly on a plan without Britney Spears:

“I developed that (a fear of flying) when I turned 20. All of a sudden I got really afraid to get on airplanes. I had to come up with a way to deal with it because I didn’t want to have panic attacks every time I get on a plane. I know for a fact it’s not in my destiny to die listening to a Britney Spears album, so I always put that on in my (headphones) when I’m flying because I know it won’t crash if I’ve got Britney on.”

Talk about preventative measures…

Kristen Stewart Scared of Vamps

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies, Meltdowns, Rumors,

Kristen Stewart is scared of vamps!Believe it or not, Kristen Stewart is scared of vampires.

The Twilight actress is so terrified of the mythical blood-sucking creatures that she festoons her home with cloves of garlic in an attempt to deter them.

A source told National Enquirer: “People are always remarking how smelly it is, but Kristen doesn’t care. She’s been afraid of vampires for years, even before she signed up to do the movies, and read somewhere that garlic is supposed to repel them.”

Kristen, 19, hangs pouches of the smelly foodstuff on her bedroom door, and even keeps an emergency stash in her car.

In the movies, Bella falls in love with the vampire Edward Cullen, played by Robert Pattinson. She becomes so enamored with him that she tells him she wants to become one too, but Edward will not grant her wishes.

Kristen recently revealed that she finds the movies’ fans frightening because they are so obsessive: “I’m scared. I feel like I could go out in disguise, but they would recognise my feet or the shape of my leg.”

Lily Allen Fears Amputation

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Music, Meltdowns,

Lily AllenLily Allen thought she would have to have “her legs cut off” after falling on her coccyx.

The “Fear” singer cried throughout a concert in Helsinki, Finland, last month, because she was in so much pain after tripping over during an evening out.

The 24-year-old star said, “It really was the most painful thing ever. It was really horrible, because I had one of my security guys with me, and he said he turned around and just saw these two feet sticking out of the floor, in the air. You know when you fall over your natural reaction is to get straight back up again? But I was in so much pain I thought I was paralyzed or something. I mean, I really thought that I was going to have to have my legs cut off.”

Lily fell while watching two DJ friends working. She was “crouching” behind the decks so other party-goers wouldn’t see she was there when she slipped and fell backwards off the stage. She explained to Absolute Radio’s Geoff Lloyd:

“They basically gave me what I can describe as like an epidural, and yes, it numbed from my knees to my lower back to get through this show. But then halfway through the performance the thing started running out and I just burst into tears on stage. It was so horrible. I was sobbing real toddler tears.”

Jennifer Lopez is Scared of the Dark

Jennifer Lopez on the September cover of In StyleJennifer Lopez is scared of the dark—apparently divas can fear something, after all.

The “Get Right” singer admitted that she makes her husband Marc Anthony wait until she’s asleep before he is allowed to turn off the lights.

The 40-year-old star, who is renowned for her diva behavior, explained: “I like the quiet, but I don’t like the dark. We have everything on dimmers so I kind of trick myself into the darkness. Marc always turns off the lights after he comes to bed. I’m usually sleeping—or he waits till I fall asleep and then turns them off.”

Jennifer and Marc have been married for five years and the star is the first to admit their relationship, like any, “takes work.” To help keep the spark alive, Jennifer reads books about successful marriages and relationships.

“I’m constantly trying to figure love out. It’s the never-ending question—what is the key to love? I’m old enough to know now that relationships take work. That’s it’s not an easy thing,” the actress-turned-singer said.
