Miley Cyrus has secured a permanent restraining order against an obsessed fan.
Devon Meek - who was arrested near the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker's Los Angeles home on May 16 and previously claimed he would rather die than spend another day without her - must stay 100 yards away from her for the next three years. The new court order also prevents him from going near any of the venues where the blonde beauty is performing, according to gossip website TMZ.com.
Miley's lawyers obtained the permanent protection order in court today after they filed an emergency restraining order last month. Meek, 24, previously claimed that Miley was communicating with him through the radio and believed she told him that she "adores" him.
A law enforcement source said Meek, who also said he hears "screaming voices" in his head, is still undergoing treatment after initially being hospitalized under a 5150 involuntary psychiatric hold. "Mr. Meek stated that when he is released from the hospital, he will not stop seeking Ms. Cyrus and that he will continue to go to Ms. Cyrus' residence until Ms. Cyrus accepts him or he dies," the insider also previously said.

George Clooney took Amal Alamuddin on a surprise tour of the Downton Abbey set.
The 53-year-old actor, who became engaged to the British human rights lawyer last month, arrived at his fianceee's London home unannounced earlier this week and whisked her away on a trip to nearby Surrey, in southeast England, where he took her to visit the set of one of her favorite TV shows.
"George took Amal completely by surprise. He turned up at nearly midnight after jetting into Heathrow. George literally told Amal to grab some clothes before they jumped in a cab down to Surrey. She though it was so romantic, she loves how unpredictable he is. The set visit to Downton Abbey was the icing on the cake of a crazy few hours," a source said.
The couple are said to have indulged in a romantic stroll around the grounds of Highclere Castle, where the ITV period drama is set.
Intruder Arrested at Justin Bieber’s Home

An intruder has been arrested inside Justin Bieber's home.
Qianying Zhao - who stands 5'5" and weighs just 110 lb - was discovered sleeping in a bedroom inside the pop star's Atlanta home by the niece of the property owner yesterday. She called police, who woke the woman and, when questioned, the alleged trespasser claimed she had met the "Beauty and a Beat" hitmaker on Twitter and was visiting him for a birthday party.
When she realized she was too late for the party, she instead found an open door and decided to let herself in to wait for the 20-year-old singer.
According to gossip website TMZ, Zhao was arrested for criminal trespass and placed into double-locked handcuffs with her hands behind her back. It is unclear whether Justin - who moved to Atlanta recently following a string of incidents and rows with his neighbors in California - was at home at the time of the incident.

Amanda Bynes has returned to Twitter.
The Easy A actress, who completed three months of psychiatric treatment for both schizophrenia and bipolar disorder in December, posted her first message on the social networking site in months on Friday to tell her fans that she loves them.
Clearly eager to start afresh after enrolling in the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in California, the 27-year-old actress deleted all her old tweets and wrote, "Hi everyone! I'm busy studying at @FIDM but I want to say I love you to my fans! Xoxo Amanda."
The What I Like About You star was said to be "horrified" by crude comments she made about Drake on Twitter last year when she said she wanted the rapper to "murder my vagina," and posted dozens of positive and negative messages about him on an almost daily basis.

Sarah Hyland fled a party in Australia because a fan allegedly groped her.
The Modern Family star, who is currently shooting a special holiday episode of the show in the city, left a bash, hosted by Qantas at The Sebel Pier One in Sydney, in floods of tears on Tuesday night, after accusing the fan of grabbing her breast while asking for a photograph with her. The brunette beauty, who plays Haley Dunphy in the comedy series, pushed the man way and screamed, "Don't touch me there," before security intervened and police were called to the scene.
"A man is assisting police with investigations following an alleged indecent assault of a woman yesterday. It is alleged the man indecently assaulted the 23-year-old woman near Hickson Road, The Rocks, at about 7:50 pm. A 29-year-old man was arrested. Police are continuing their investigations," a spokesperson for the New South Wales Police Department told the MailOnline website.

Justin Bieber’s Waxwork Removed from Madame Tussauds

Justin Bieber's waxwork has been taken down from Madame Tussauds.
The figure of the 19-year-old star has been removed from display at the New York museum on West 42nd Street after it began to wear away from so many fans touching it over the years. The statue shows Justin when he was younger and, despite regular maintenance, "it no longer does justice either to the star or to the attraction," so bosses decided to withdraw it from the site.
Madame Tussauds general manager, Bret Pidgeon, told the New York Post newspaper, "This is disappointing, but hopefully we can welcome a new grown-up Justin back to the attraction in the near future."
Meanwhile, the "Baby" hitmaker - who has been charged with driving under the influence (DUI), driving with an expired license and resisting arrest after he was caught allegedly drag racing in Miami last month - sent his fans into meltdown yesterday after he quietly changed his name to "Bizzle" on Instagram following reports he is planning a career in rap.

Harry Styles Visits Snowboard Shop with Kendall

Harry Styles visited a snowboard shop with Kendall Jenner yesterday.
The rumored couple were spotted preparing to hit the slopes in Mammoth Lakes, California, and happily posed for pictures with Twitter user Allie Connolly, who was also in the shop. She later posted the photos with the caption, "Casually hanging out with Kendall Jenner and Harry Styles. #dying. [sic]."
The posts quickly led to a backlash against Allie from fans of Harry and his band One Direction. She later wrote, "lol it's Harry styles from one direction and Kendall Jenner. Their fans are going insane on my Instagram. Now I have 14 year olds telling me that I was paid to make this a publicity stunt. Yep, you caught me hahahah." She also added, "Well, I officially hate myself for posting that picture lol [sic]."
Despite a number of meet-ups - including Harry, 19, jetting from the South of France to London to see Kendall, 18, instead of partying with his bandmates last month - the pair still deny they are dating.
