Jesse James Out of Treatment, Without Wedding Ring

Fresh from a treatment facility where he was resolving undisclosed “personal issues,” Jesse James was seen by photogs without his wedding ring. James was taking his children to school in Los Angeles when he was spotted.
Jesse’s estranged wife Sandra Bullock was also recently photographed without her wedding ring, a pretty clear indication that the couple is headed for litigation.
Indiscretions in the marriage, committed by James, were revealed shortly after Bullock took home her first-ever Best Actress Oscar.

Jon Gosselin Wants to Reunite With Kate on Reality TV

And you thought you would never see the day when the Gosselins would consent to work together again. According to Jon Gosselin’s legal counsel, Jon would consider co-starring with his former wife “under the right circumstances,” which likely means if the paycheck is big enough.
In the meantime, Jon Gosselin will continue his legal pursuit to wrest custody of the eight Gosselin children from Kate unless she forgoes her “global commitments.” Jon’s lawyer says the reality TV dad feels that Kate cannot be both mother and celebrity at the same time (despite the fact that she’s done it for the last several years). Gosselin’s lawyer also thinks, in agreement with Jon, that Kate is “addicted to the paparazzi.”
Yet, Jon is apparently willing to work with Kate on another reality project. Think there’s a snowball’s chance in Hell that Kate Gosselin would also agree to that idea - to say nothing of TLC, the network which recently fired and subsequently sued Jon Gosselin for his public behavior? I’m no Perez Hilton, but the expression “fame whore” fairly leaps to mind here.

Brad Splits From Angelina?

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reportedly visited divorce lawyers to help them separate.
The pair - who aren’t married, but have been dating since 2004 and raise six children together - are believed to have signed legal documents earlier this month with the plan to split up in the near future. The legal document will reportedly see their $330 million fortune halved in two, while the pair will have joint custody of their kids.
A source told the News of the World newspaper, “The document was signed in early January. Both Brad and Angelina had signed it. The contract was like a tailor-made version of a pre-nuptial agreement except for an unmarried couple’s split. It seemed clear they want the world to know they’ll both play a part in the upbringing of the children. But Angelina will actually be the one who lives with them full-time.”
Brad and Angelina have three adopted children, Maddox, eight, Pax, six, and Zahara, five, as well as three biological kids, Shiloh, three and 17-month-old twins Knox and Vivienne. It is believed the pair visited a top Los Angeles law firm in December last year, and have since hired a lawyer specialising in celebrity divorces. While an official separation date has not been confirmed, it has been claimed the couple plan to announce their split soon.

According to sources close to former reality star Bob Guiney and wife Rebecca Budig, the married couple of over five years have reportedly split.
Guiney first met the All My Children actress in early 2003 when she hosted a Bachelor recap special. (Bob was one of the men turned down by Bachelorette Trista Rehn.) They then started dating in late 2003, shortly after Bob and Estella Gardinier - the woman he chose during his Bachelor stint - officially broke up.

Finally, Gosselin Divorce Final

TMZ is reporting that Jon and Kate have finally severed the ties that bound them. Despite previously conflicting reports from the lawyers involved, it seems the divorce is finally final.
According to Kate’s legal counsel, she will “continue to reside with all eight of her children in the former marital home.”
“I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on our children,” said Kate Gosselin.

Gosselin Lawyers Offer Conflicting Reports

Despite claims from Jon Gosselin’s attorney, legal counsel for Kate says the divorce will be finalized “today or tomorrow.” Mark Momjian, who represents Kate Gosselin, said “it could be any minute.”
Recently, Jon’s lawyer Mark Heller said the couple’s split wouldn’t be finished until after the new year. Momjian said he doesn’t know “what Mr. Heller is talking about - he’s mistaken.”
In other court proceedings, Jon Gosselin was recently ordered to stop bringing guns into the Pennsylvania home shared by the couple.
Mark Heller continues to maintain his claims that the couple will not complete the divorce proceedings until 2010. He even told Entertainment Tonight that Jon and Kate plan to spend Christmas together.

Amy Winehouse to Wed Blake Again

On what may be a result of more drug abuse, Amy Winehouse has asked her ex-husband to marry her again.
The “Back To Black” singer reportedly told Blake Fielder-Civil she was planning to wear her engagement ring again and the reconciled couple are now planning a wedding for three months time.
“We both know we’ve only ever been divorced on paper. This is the right thing to do. We’ve been talking on the phone five or six times a day. On Friday she told me she was going to put the engagement ring on. It’s the engagement ring I gave Amy the first time. I think it cost $3,000 from Tiffany. We’d changed our status to married on Facebook a couple of weeks back but that was more of a laugh. This is the real deal. She told me she wanted to get married again. I feel so happy,” Blake reportedly told a friend.
The wedding plans are currently on hold as under the terms of his prison release, Blake - who was jailed for attempting to pervert the course of justice and grievous bodily harm - is unable to return to London until February and is currently receiving treatment at a rehabilitation clinic in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England.

Divorce for Dawson’s Creek Star James Van Der Beek

James Van Der Beek has filed for divorce.
The former Dawson’s Creek star split from actress Heather McComb earlier this year and has now started legal proceedings to officially end their six-year marriage. The papers were filed at a Los Angeles court and James cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their break-up.
The pair tied the knot in Malibu in 2003, six months after the sixth and final season of Dawson’s Creek aired. James’ co-stars Michelle Williams and Busy Phillips attended the intimate ceremony.
Friends suspected a divorce was brewing when the couple sold their $2.5 million home in Studio City, California, in March. They put the mansion - which features 180-degree canyon, mountain and city views, and a luxurious mist cooling system - on the market.
Since they tied the knot, James - who played Dawson Leery in the teen drama - has guest starred in How I Met Your Mother, One Tree Hill, Ugly Betty and Medium.
Heather has appeared in Prison Break, Crossing Jordan and CSI: NY.
