Bachelor Jason Mesnick Weds Molly Malaney

Let’s hope the forecast for their marriage will be less stormy than their wedding was.
Although he was still engaged to Melissa Rycroft just over a year ago, Jason Mesnick finally completed his trip down the aisle Saturday with Molly Malaney on his arm. The event, which was filmed by ABC camera crews, came approximately four months after the divorced father and Bachelor runner-up became engaged.
The nuptials took place in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA at the Terranea Resort right next to the Pacific Ocean. The ceremony, which began with Molly walking toward Jason to the tune “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” (as sung by American Idol‘s Jason Castro), ended with a rain-soaked kiss in the middle of a downpour.
Those in attendance at the ceremony included Trista and Ryan Sutter, Jillian Harris and Ed Swiderski, Lost‘s Evangeline Lilly (huh?) and DeAnna Pappas.
The wedding, along with the behind-the-scenes preps, will be aired in an ABC special on Monday, March 8.

Bachelorette Deanna Pappas Calls Off Engagement

Although it looked like there might be one more Bachelorette walking down the aisle, another ABC star has just called off her engagement. Nearly four months after giving her heart to Jesse Csincsak, DeAnna Pappas has put herself back out on the market.
The jilted suitor first announced the not-so-surprising news (did anyone really expect it was going to last?) through the couple’s joint website. In a now-deleted video, Csincsak said Pappas put it quite simply: “I love you, but I’m not in love with you.”
