Katy Perry and Diplo appeared to be "more than friends" at Coachella this weekend.
The "Roar" hitmaker - who recently split from John Mayer after 18 months of dating - has been pals with the DJ for a long time, but onlookers at the first weekend of the Californian music festival said they looked closer than ever at the Jeremy Scott and Adidas Party on Saturday.
"Diplo was hanging out with Katy pretty much the whole night," a source said.
Another source added to RadarOnline.com, "They've been friends forever. It definitely looked like more than than that! At one point he even had his arms around her."
The 29-year-old singer reportedly had one female fan thrown out of the party - which she hadn't been invited to - after spending too long with Diplo, whose real name is Thomas Wesley Pentz. "Katy had the girl thrown out! She was yelling and kind of upset about it. The girl didn't have a wristband and was a total sloppy party crasher, but still, it was kind of surprising," the source added.

Paris Hilton Confused by Kelly Osbourne Feud

Paris Hilton is "confused" by Kelly Osbourne's attack on her.
The Fashion Police host blasted the socialite on Twitter following a dispute at Coachella over the weekend, but Paris has now insisted she didn't even see the 29-year-old presenter.
She tweeted in a post which has since been removed: "I'm confused, as I did not see you once this entire weekend. No clue how these stories get invented."
Insiders told the New York Post newspaper that Kelly was furious when she and her friends were asked to move from a VIP table at the Neon Carnival to make way for Paris and her pals. However, the source said Paris didn't know who was sitting at the table and it was actually event organizers who had asked her to move.
Despite the altercation, Paris appeared to have a good time at the festival, later tweeting, "What an amazing #Coachella! Had the best time ever this weekend with my #CoachellaCrew! #LovingLife [sic]."

Is Katy Perry Dating Florence + the Machine Guitarist?

Katy Perry is reportedly dating Florence + the Machine guitarist Robert Ackroyd.
The 27-year-old "Firework" singer was apparently overheard referring to Robert as her "boyfriend" at California's Coachella festival earlier this month.
"Backstage at the Artist Lounge at Coachella last weekend, Katy kept saying her boyfriend was the guitar player for Florence + the Machine. She and a bunch of friends were supposed to go see Dr. Dre together, but Katy said she was waiting to watch her boyfriend perform," a source told Life & Style.
The pair were photographed holding hands whilst watching Rihanna perform with Calvin Harris, and Robert later appeared to refer to Katy by her initials on Twitter. "Best Coachella ever. Scratch that, best weekend ever. Dre, Snoop, Pac, Nate, Fiddy & KP," he wrote.

Emma Watson was spotted kissing her new boyfriend at the Coachella music festival over the weekend.
The Harry Potter actress and her latest love - believed to be American student Will Adamovicz - have reportedly been dating since meeting in Oxford six months ago where they are both studying and weren't shy about showing their affection for each other.
The couple kissed and cuddled while watching bands including the Arctic Monkeys perform at the festival in California. A dressed down Emma - who turned 22 yesterday - sported jeans, a leopard print scarf and a feathered gilet with sunglasses as a hairband.
Last year, Emma complained men are intimidated by her fame and never ask her out: "It must be the fame wall. It must be the circus that goes around me. I find it hard to believe I can be intimidating."

According to sources close to Kate Hudson, Ryder Robinson’s hair isn’t the only thing that has seen change recently in that household. It’s now being reported that his mother underwent breast augmentation surgery late last month.
Although A-Rod’s ex has yet to respond to the comments, she didn’t do much to end the speculation when she wore a tank top to the Coachella festival over the weekend. While she she doesn’t have anything quite as obvious up front as say Heidi Montag, the difference between the two pictures above is still noticeable.
