Brooke Mueller Wants Full Child Support Back

Brooke MuellerBrooke Mueller is allowing Charlie Sheen to see his sons because she wants more child support money.

The former actress has negotiated a fragile peace with her ex-husband and allowed him to see their four-year-old twins, Bob and Max, last Tuesday, but friends say the reason is because she is upset he has slashed her support money from $55,000 to $20,000 a month.

"There is only one reason why Brooke allowed the boys to go over to Charlie's house last week. She is desperate to have her full child support payment. Brooke is a smart woman and knows if she is in Charlie's good graces, he is more likely to give her the money. It has been very hard for Brooke to live on $20,000-a-month because she has to pay for her sober coaches and ongoing expenses related to her recovery," a source said.

Brooke, 36, has previously been admitted to rehab for drug abuse 19 times, and is not currently the official guardian of Bob and Max, who are looked after by her brother, Scott.

Charlie Sheen to Cut Denise Richards’ Child Support

Denise Richards and Charlie SheenCharlie Sheen is reportedly planning to cut Denise Richards' child support payments.

The Anger Management star is said to be furious with his ex-wife for preventing him from seeing their daughters Sam, nine, and Lola, eight, over the Christmas holidays, so is threatening to take her to court to establish official visitation rights on specific holidays. And according to TMZ, Charlie also wants the judge to examine their current financial agreement , which was arranged privately and sees him pay Denise - who also has a two-year-old adopted daughter Eloise - $55,000 a month, as well as allowing her to live in a $9 million home he bought so he could be close to his daughters.

While Charlie - who has until now maintained an amicable relationship with Denise - was said to be enraged when the 42-year-old actress told him he wasn't welcome on their family holiday, it has now been claimed he is actually spending the holidays with his new girlfriend, Brett Rossi. "Charlie decided several weeks ago to take Brett to Europe for Christmas. Brett told Charlie if he went with ex-wife on her family Christmas vacation, she would break-up with him. Brett is so excited to be spending Christmas with Charlie in Europe, and is loving the lifestyle of private jets, fancy dinners and designer clothes. The trip will include five-star hotels, in over the top suites. Needless to say, this is a big departure from previous Christmas' Brett has experienced," a source said.

Brooke Mueller’s Sons Moving Back In

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Television, Legal Issues, Rumors,

Brooke MuellerCharlie Sheen's sons, Bob and Max, are moving back into their mother Brooke Mueller's house tonight.

The 36-year-old socialite's brother, Scott Mueller, was awarded temporary guardianship of her four-year-old twins in court this morning, days after Denise Richards made the "difficult decision" to give up caring for them because of their "violent behavior," and he plans to move into Brooke's house to care for them. The judge decided that the twins could move back in with Brooke under Scott's primary care because he felt it was important for them to stay in the same school, according to gossip website TMZ.com.

Denise secured temporary custody of the boys in May, after Brooke was placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold in hospital, and was originally due to care for them until the end of this year. But she wrote a letter to the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) this week to inform them she could no longer care for the boys due to their aggressive behavior towards her own daughters with Charlie, Sam, nine, and Lola, eight, her adopted little girl, Eloise, two, as well as her dogs. She also accused Brooke, who has been treated for addiction 21 times, of blocking her from arranging professional counseling for the boys.

Denise Richards Has Cared for Brooke Mueller’s Twins for a Year

Brooke Mueller and Denise Richards with their kidsDenise Richards has been raising Brooke Mueller's kids for over a year.

The 42-year-old actress was granted temporary legal guardian for her ex-husband Charlie Sheen and Brooke's twin sons, Bob and Max, when child protective services removed them from the socialite's home last month. However, it has now emerged Denise - who has two daughters, Lola, eight, and Sam, nine, with Charlie - has actually spent far more time with the four-year-old boys than Brooke herself over the last nine months, due to her struggles with drug addiction.

"'Initially, Brooke willingly placed the boys in Denise's care because she was going in and out of rehab, and using drugs. Child protective services has now asked Denise to give specific dates that she had been taking care of the twins, in advance of a big custody hearing in July. The boys have spent more time with Denise than with their own biological mother for the last nine months. The boys are a part of Denise's family, and they are extremely happy in her care," a source said.

Tom Cruise to Pay $10 Million Child Support

Tom CruiseTom Cruise will pay "more than $10 million" in child support to Katie Holmes.

The former couple - who announced they were to divorce after five years of marriage last month - have reached an undisclosed agreement to end their marriage, but insiders insist reports the actress is to receive a $50 million lump sum are "ridiculous."

However, the sources tell TMZ.com that Tom, 50, is paying "a lot of money" in child support for their six-year-old daughter Suri, with payments for the next 12 years amounting to "more than $10 million."

Katie, 33, has sole custody of Suri, but the Rock of Ages actor will have substantial visitation rights.

Speaking about their split, Scientologist Tom and Katie - who registered at a Catholic church in New York this week - released a statement saying, "We are committed to working together as parents to accomplish what is in our daughter Suri's best interests. We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each other's commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other's roles as parents."

Halle Berry Ordered to Pay Child Support

Halle Berry and NahlaHalle Berry has been ordered to pay $20,000 a month in child support.

Lawyers for the New Year's Eve star and her former partner Gabriel Aubry went to court on Monday, where a family law judge ordered the actress to hand over the sum for the care of their four-year-old daughter Nahla, gossip website TMZ reports. Gabriel, 36, had gone to court last month to request the sum but the case was adjourned because paperwork wasn't filled out properly.

The former couple - who split in April 2010 - are yet to resolve another dispute over Nahla, as the model is unhappy with Halle's plan to move to France with the youngster and her fiance Olivier Martinez. The 45-year-old Dark Tide star has previously spoken about relocating to France, in favour of the country's laws which will protect her offspring from prying eyes. "Laws that protect children, protect right to privacy. All I want is for my family and myself to have a normal life. When I'm not at work, that's very important to me," she said.

A court has yet to rule on Halle's desire to move.

Gabriel Aubry Wants More Money from Halle

Gabriel Aubry and daughter NahlaGabriel Aubry wants to "substantially increase" the monthly payments he receives from Halle Berry.

The model is currently embroiled in a bitter battle with the actress over the custody of their four-year-old daughter Nahla and was in court today with his ex-girlfriend to ask for a raise in the amount of money she pays to him, according to RadarOnline. However, he did not get the chance to have his case heard as the judge granted a continuance.

Halle wants to move to France with Nahla and her fiance Olivier Martinez because of concerns about the paparazzi and the child's safety, but her ex is trying to stop her from re-locating because he believes he won't get to see his daughter. It was previously revealed Gabriel - who split from Halle in 2010 after five years together - was worried Oliver is planning to adopt Nahla.

"Gabriel fears that Halle's ultimate plan is to get him out of his daughter's life, permanently. He believes the plan is for Halle to move to France with Nahla and then have Olivier adopt her as his own. She wants a 'fresh start' apparently. Gabe will fight tooth and nail to retain custody of Nahla. He loves that little girl and is determined to always be a part of her life and always be her father. Just because Halle is through with him doesn't mean she can shut him out of her daughter's life too. Gabe may not have Halle's money or power but he will not just lie down and take it," a source said.

Linda Evangelista Petitions for Child Support

Linda Evangelista and sonLinda Evangelista wants $46,000 a month in child support and a new home from her ex-lover Francois-Henri Pinault.

The supermodel has petitioned a family court in Manhattan, New York, to award the huge sum for the care of five-year-old Augustin, who was conceived during the beauty's relationship with the French billionaire. Despite Pinault's vast wealth, it is unlikely Evangelista will get the maintenance settlement she is demanding.

"She's in for a big surprise. I wouldn't be counting the money yet ... most of the time, there are formulas for this. There's no windfall in child support," Manhattan divorce lawyer Raoul Felder told the New York Daily News.

Pinault - who is married to actress Salma Hayek - is the CEO of PPR, the French multinational holding company which part owns Yves Saint Laurent and Gucci and was started by his father Francois Pinault.
