Robert Pattinson's first dog with Kristen Stewart was supposed to be a "big man's dog."
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 star - who recently reunited and moved back in with his 22-year-old girlfriend following her "momentary indiscretion" with director Rupert Sanders in August - has opened up about their first rescue puppy Bear and his pampered lifestyle.
"He was supposed to be a big man's dog. But he just kind of got stunted," he said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
The couple of four years adopted the dog from a Louisiana shelter and the 26-year-old revealed that he instantly became a pampered pouch: "We were staying at the Four Seasons afterward. He didn't have any dog food so I got him a little plate of prosciutto."
Robert's comments come just days after Kristen - who refers to Bear as her child - gushed about the couple's new dog Bernie and what it was like introducing him to Bear. "He's my child, I love him. I raised Bear, we got her when she was like... She (Bernie) was emotionally manipulative and really milked it, and I got her home and she was like 'I am fine.' She was taking Bear's stuff, I was like 'you need to slow your roll,'" she said.

Kim Kardashian is worried she will become a "cat lady."
The 31-year-old beauty - who is dating Kanye West - recently adopted a new kitty named Mercy, and she is concerned she is starting to look crazy as she is posting too many pictures of the pet for her 16.2 million followers on social networking site Twitter to see.
"I just hope I'm not turning into one of those cat ladies that's tweeting too many pictures of her pet! I have always wanted a white Persian cat with light eyes. That was my thing. I've been always looking at kittens like that online," she said.
Kim named the small cat after one of her boyfriend's songs and because she thought it was a "cute" moniker. "My mother actually helped me come up with that name. It's a song of my boyfriend's, so I thought it was cute. I just thought it was a cute name and it fit her," she told People.

Eva Mendes is dog-sitting for Ryan Gosling's pet pooch George.
The 38-year-old actress - who has been dating the 31-year-old star since September - is believed to be hoping to prove to the hunk that she is serious about their relationship by taking care of his beloved canine companion while he films new movie Only God Forgives in Bangkok, Thailand.
"He was going to have his friends watch George, but changed his mind at the last minute. That's a huge deal to him. He wouldn't leave that dog with just anyone," an insider said.
Eva recently admitted working with Ryan on The Place Beyond the Pines was one of the best creative experiences she has ever had, as he was her "dream co-star."
"He's your dream co-star. I have never felt so creatively satisfied on a film. He's amazing," she said.
